Narrator's P.O.V
Hau called back his Incineroar into his pokeball, chucking, "You really fit the place as champion, (y/n)!" Hau said, as the (h/c)nette female returned Primarina into her pokeball. "Thanks, Hau! But it's not really a big deal." she replied, walking beside Hau exiting the champion's chamber.
"No big deal?" Hau looked at as if you were crazy, "You're Alola's first champion, of course it's big deal!" (y/n) sighed and shook her head, he'd always say that to her. "Whatever you say, Hau." (y/n).
The two friends walked out of the league to be greeted by the region's professor; Kukui with a wide grin on his face. "Hau, (y/n)!" he waved.
"What's Professor doing here?" (y/n) raised a brow, as Kukui walked up to them, "Congrats defending your title, (y/n)! You've been Alola's champion for a year! Whoo, time flies by quick doesn't?" Kukui patted the (h/c)nette.
"We should head back to Melemele Island to do a celebration!" Hau suggested. Having a big celebration was fun and all but she wanted to do something else.
"We did that last year, when I first became champion." (y/n) retorts, twirling her hair with her index finger as the male groaned, "Then what do you wanna do this year, (y/n)?" Hau asked. I shrugged in reply, "I have no clue. Maybe visit my cousins."
"Your cousins from Galar?" Kukui popped into the conversation between the two. (y/n) stepped back a little from being surprised by Kukui, "Y-yes, them." she nodded. Kukui reached in his pocket and revealed five tickets.
"Well you're lucky, cousin!" Kukui handed the tickets to (y/n), "Wait, you're kidding?" the female looked up at him in shock. Kukui laughed and patted her head, "Nope!" Hau looked over (y/n)'s shoulder and grinned.
"There's five tickets!" Hau pointed out.
(y/n) looked at the tickets in her hands, gripping them hard. "Thank you, Kukui!" She thanked him, as the professor grinned, "Anytime, whoo! Use those four tickets wisely for who you want to invite to Galar with you!" Kukui explained, before walking off on his own.
"That's cool, wonder who you'll invite!" Hau trying to let (y/n) noticed that he wanted to come tag along with her to Galar.
"We shall see tomorrow. It's freezing up here, we should head home." (y/n) said, calling Charizard to fly her back to Melemele Island. Hau watched as the female climb on the Pokémon's back. "Hau! You coming?" She called out to him.
"Yeah, I'm coming!"
