Chapter 01

Hi I'm 17 almost 18year old girl named Hazel Leann Holder. I have 1 older sibling named Tayler Holder he's 22 and a pain in the ass sister named Skyler Ann Ray Holder and she's 13. We live in LA and I honestly enjoy being here in the nice warm weather, but sometimes it gets wayyy to hot for my liking; it's great living in an huge apartment that's has a pool 4 or 5 floors down though. I've liked my brothers best friend Joseph Birlem. Yep that's right. Joseph Birlem. I've had a crush on this kid since 6th grade and we're Seniors in high school, and now I'm finally dating the guy I've liked for years. And this is how it all started.

I get woken up by my annoying ass brother barging into the room basically screaming at the top of his lungs telling me to get up. "Tayler. Go. Away. I'm. Trying. To. Sleep." I say with my eyes closed, "I think you should get up. Joeys gonna be over in and hour and a half," he says smirking. Ughh I can hear the smirk in his voice, but I jerk up by him saying joeys gonna be over in an hour and a half "Shit! That's not enough time for me to get ready!" I think to myself but apparently I said it out loud because Tayler replied while laughing, "Why do you always dress up when he comes over. Its not like he's seen you in your worst state when Jackson broke up with you." I absolutely hate when he brings up Jackson. He was basically my first love, but he ended things cause he found someone better. (Oh did I ever mention me and my sister live with Tayler. Oops I did never mention it sorry.) I throw a pillow at Tayler for bringing it up and he just laughs walking out of my room and closing the door. After he's out I go to my closest get out some clothes and other things that I need and then I head into my bathroom closing and locking the door. I start my shower and get undressed before stepping in the shower with translucent glass as the outside wall of the shower so water doesn't go out every where. I began to wash my hair and that's when my phone started buzzing. I rinse my hair out and crab my phone and look to see who it is. Once I finally notice it was Joey I started to panic. I was in the shower, but I had to answer. I just couldn't let it ring. As I answer I make sure that none of my body is showing but my face and my neck, and that's when I looked at what time it was. "Hey Hazel," he says with his perfect smile. "Hey joey. You need sum?" I questioned with a smile. "I went into your room to see if you were in there cause I got you starbucks, and I heard the water running and well uhhhh," he paused and flipped his camera for me to see that my towel was lying on my bed. "Shit," I mumbled to myself embarrassed. "When you get out just call me and I'll bring it to you," he said blushing a bit. "Well thank you Joey, and yeah I'll call you when I'm in need of my towel." I say blushing as well. That's when we hung up on each other. I heard him leave my room and I started to play music on my phone while I finished up my shower. Once I got out I had called Joey to bring me my towel. Once I heard him open my bedroom door I slightly opened the bathroom door with my body behind it with only my face and arm out. He hands me the towel and I tell him thank you as he leaves the room.

Once he left I closed the door and put the towel around me and I went up to the mirror and looked at my face. I examined my facial features. I look very closely too. I was feeling a bit insecure about my small but big lips. I get looking in the mirror and got my toothbrush and toothpaste out and started to brush my teeth. After that I changed into a grey sweater with buttons down the back of it and a black skirt with my old school vans. I dried my hair and curled it. After, that I did my make up which was foundation, nude colored eyeshadows, mascara, highlight, and some lipgloss. Once I was finished I opened the bathroom door and shut off the light to see my little sister on my bed. "What are you doing in here," I say giving her a angry gesture. "Joey and Tayler took over the living room," she say quite upset. Me being me I comfort her then I make her go to her room. I make my bed after she leaves and then I shut off my bedroom light and closing the door heading downstairs.

When I make it downstairs the boys heads turns towards me. "Hazel we're thinking about going to Queen marry tonight. You wanna come," they both said in sync. "What room?" I questioned wanting to go. "Ummm there's only two rooms available and one of them is B340 and the other is B330." Joey said smiling at me, and I smiled back and replied with "Alright B340 it is. It's gonna be good paranormal content for my YouTube channel that I haven't posted on in a few months." "Y'all look at each other weird and I don't like it," Tayler said knowing what he was talking about. I slightly blush looking down but glancing at Joey blushing and rubbing the back of his neck.

I sit down next to them on the couch and we start to watch movies before we go to Queen Marry tonight. If I'm being quite honest I'm slightly nervous because there's only one bed and who knows what's gonna happen. After several movies I go and pack my bag. I packed things that I need like: clothes, toiletries, makeup, hair stuff, and other things that are needed. Afterwards I head back downstairs to see them with their bags and I was really confused because I didn't hear them come upstairs. What's I could tell of it Joey was driving. We took Skyler to a friends for the night so we could go. We made a little pit stop the get some food from Chick-fil-A and when we went to get back in the car Tayler beats me to the backseats so I had shotgun. I never asked him to but he did anyways. On the way there me and Joey had small but remember able conversations and Tayler would jump into them every once in a while. We had arrived a few minutes later and got our stuff and checked in.

After we checked in we started walking to our room which was the most haunted room on this ship. Once we arrived in front of the room I got chills right away. I shook it off and took the room key from Joey and opened the door. When we walked in there I could tell there was a presents in here. I didn't mention anything to the boys because they wouldn't want to say if I said something.

We've now been here for an hour or two just having fun making TikToks and I've been updating my YouTube video. At one point the boys were making a TikTok and I was filming and when all of that was going on I heard the bathroom water start running. I jumped up with my camera and ran to the bathroom. I checked the sink and the water was running. I had chills running down my spine. The guys came in the bathroom and asked what was wrong and I explained to them. They thought I was just messing with them when we heard something fall in the other room. We bolt out of the bathroom seeing the crystal that was in the room on the floor. That's when we looked at one another that it was time to do a séance.
After doing the séance we think it's time we start settling down for the night. I go into the bathroom and put on my comfy clothes and brush my teeth, and put my hair in a pony tail. I then was my face and walk out of the bathroom already seeing the boys in bed.

Tayler gets out of bed so I could get in. Guess where I'm sleeping. If you guessed in the middle of Joey and Tayler, ding ding ding you're correct. After I get into the bed turning towards Tayler I feel arms slightly wrap around my waist. I smile to myself know it was Joey. I get comfortable in joeys arms and slowly drift off to sleep.
