I wake up early again and decide against breakfast seeing on how that went yesterday. I went into the backyard and sat at the glass table to think. What am I going to do? I know I have feelings for him and it's only hurting him and me giving him the cold shoulder. Do I take a chance? No, stupid. You promised you wouldn't get anyone else into this mess. You shouldn't even be here but where else are you going to go. It's only Sunday so you have the whole week to go. Wait SUNDAY! Then I remembered, every Sunday, me and the crew go to our hangout spot and talk about the upcoming week. Usually it would be at 2:00 but if anything changed someone would text the group chat, and since I didn't have my phone I don't even know if they were going to be there. I still have a shot though so I'm going to take it. I go inside and look at the clock on the wall. It was 12:43 I had some time. I went into the kitchen and made everyone a plate of food and got trays so I could bring them up to there rooms. First I went to Aaron's and Jake's rooms, they both were surprised and thanked me. "Really you didn't have to do this." I stopped them and waved my hand dismissively. "It's nothing, I hope you enjoy it. Have a good day." I said and walked back downstairs to get Corey and Devyns plate. When I got back upstairs I knocked on the door softly not knowing if they were actually awake or not. Corey opened the door and I saw a hint of surprise in his eyes but it quickly vanished. "I made you two breakfast. Hope you guys enjoy it." I gave him the trays and turned to walk away. "Queen?" I turned around and looked at him expectantly. "Thank you, this was really nice of you" I nodded and went downstairs for the final time to get Sam and Colby's plates. I walked up to Sam's room and knocked on his door. I heard a come in so I slowly opened the door to see Sam editing at his desk. "I made you breakfast, hope you like it." He smiled and thanked me then went back to editing. I walked straight across the hall to Colby's room and he was still sleeping but I didn't want his food to get cold so I put his tray on his nightstand and started shaking him. "Colby....Colby. Cole. Cole Robert Brock!" He finally started waking up. "Who the fu- oh hey Queen. What's up?" I almost laughed at his statement. "Sit up i made everyone breakfast and brought it to there rooms. You need to eat before it gets cold." I said and he looked surprised. He glanced at the plate on the table then back at me while sitting up. "Thank you, but you didn't have to do all this. Remember you don't owe us anything. I'm helping you cause I want to, not because I'm expecting something in return." I nod and give him his plate. "I did this cause I want to. I like cooking so mise we'll make people happy while I'm at it." He smiled at me as I got up. I'm gonna go shower, we should all go out to Queen's ice cream parlor down the street from our school. I want to meet some friends there to." He nodded and started eating, I guiltily took a pair of joggers and a gold and black sweatshirt that said XPLR on it. I showered and put it on and when I went back into the room Colby was done with his food and getting ready to go take a shower. "Hey, why does this sweatshirt say XPLR?" I ask and he looks at me like I've grown another head. "Oh I forgot you don't know me. Sam and I have a brand name named XPLR because we are explorers. We go to abandoned and haunted places and explore them. We also try and catch paranormal activity on camera and we sometimes go on trips with friends." I was surprised, he didn't look like the type to want to explore the world. "Wow, I'm impressed. I've always liked stuff like that. I hate being confined in one space when there is so much more to see and to experience. I want to see what the world has to offer and have fun. I love that you get to do that with your best friends." I look back at Colby to see him staring at me. "What?" He shakes his head like he was in a trance. "I just admire the way that your so passionate about wanting to experience the world." I nod and tell him to go shower. "Can I see your phone?" I ask and he immediately gives it to me unlocked and I was caught off guard. "You're not gonna ask me why, you're just gonna give it to me like that?" He nods and walks into the bathroom. Okay then.... I text the trap house group chat to start getting ready to leave in a few minutes to go to the ice cream parlor together. Everyone agreed and I heard shuffling in everyone's rooms. This day should be good. I hope...
