3. Friends

Lan Xichen rushed to Shen Wei's house when he heard the news that Shen Wei had collapsed again. 10 minutes later he arrived and headed straight to Shen Wei's room. There were Shen Wei's parents and two other people he did not know. Xichen ignored that two person and immediately approached Shen Wei who was still closing his eyes.

Xichen took out a stethoscope and checked Shen Wei's heartbeat, he also checked Shen Wei's body temperature and his breathing. Xichen then walked to a white cabinet in Shen Wei's room, he took out an oxygen tube and several IV Drip.

Zhao Yunlan watched Xichen's movements and was surprised to see that there was a large cabinet in Shen Wei's room which contained oxygen tubes, IV Drips and other medical equipment. There are also many medicines that he doesn't know there.  Zhao Yunlan was increasingly confused, what happened to Shen Wei actually?

Xichen put an oxygen tube in Shen Wei's nose and also IV drip at Shen Wei's hand.  After all the equipment was ready, Xichen took one of the liquid medicines and syringes from the same cabinet before injecting the medicine at Shen Wei. Xichen also continued to pay attention to the heartbeat detector that was still on Shen Wei's finger. Not long after that, Shen Wei opened his eyes slowly.

"Mom ..." Shen Wei whispered

"I'm here baby" Mrs.  Shen then sat on the edge of the bed then held Shen Wei's hand "You scared us all"

"Are you okay, Xiao Wei?" Xichen asked then Shen Wei nodded.

"Just a little bit dizzy.  Forgive me Mom, because I did not hear your warn"

"It's okay baby, the important thing is that you are fine" Mrs.  Shen strokes Shen Wei's hair.

"Thank you, Dr. Lan. You came quickly and helped Wei" Mr.  Shen shook hands with Lan Xichen.

"It's my job," Xichen answered and then approached Shen Wei "Did you run again?  Then you owe me one dollar"

"Fine, I'll give you one dollar," answered Shen Wei.

"Are you betting?" asked Mr. Shen

"Me and your son made a pact, Wei will pay me one dollar every time he breaks the rules. If I calculate my money is 25 dollars, right Wei?  I tell you Mr. Shen, your son is quite naughty" Xichen replied, making Shen Wei's parents laugh

"Maybe I should make the same agreement, too," said Mrs. Shen

"Mom, do you want to make me broke? I haven't even worked yet" Shen Wei whined.

Yezun noticed the interaction between his parents, Shen Wei and Lan Xichen.  They joked and laughed together as if they didn't see him there. Yezun nodded as if this were familiar to him. Shen Wei has always been the favorite. Everyone spoiled him, behaved sweetly and treated him well. Yezun then pulled Zhao Yunlan's hand and took him out of the house.

"Wait, Yezun ..."

"Don't ever come here again"

"Why?  And you never said that you have a twin brother" said Zhao Yunlan

"Is that important? He is not my brother, I do not have a twin" Yezun replied curtly "Now, please leave!"

Zhao Yunlan could not stop thinking about Shen Wei for several days. He wanted to know what happened to Shen Wei. Why did he faint and why was there a cabinet that contained a lot of medical equipment in Shen Wei's room. Is Shen Wei sick?  If so, what kind of illness that makes Shen Wei like that?

Zhao Yunlan also couldn't stop thinking about Shen Wei, who he thought was very cute. Shen Wei is indeed Yezun's twin brother but they are really different.  Zhao Yunlan could still hear Shen Wei's voice when he spoke to the fish in the fish pond, he could still see Shen Wei's white face, his gentle gaze, even his smile that somehow made Zhao Yunlan's soul very peaceful, even though at that time Shen Wei smiled at the doctor not at him. Only a few hours Yunlan saw Shen Wei but he could judge Shen Wei to be a pleasant, gentle and loving person. He is an angel, if indeed there is an angel.
