Deadly Magic

A/N: Hey guys. This is my first book ever so please don't post rude comments just tell me how to improve and I'll do my best. This is my first time on Wattpad so I apologize if I don't know how to use everything, but I'm figuring it out and it would be nice if you could help too.

I'll try to update every night but a good book does take some work so sorry for any future delays. If I need help making a decision I will ask you to vote on options or ask your opinion. Please, please, give feedback and ask any questions you have because I'm kinda scatter brained and I might not make sense.

Alright here comes the story.

I lie on my bed, looking up at the ceiling. First the ceiling is blank, white. I'm only aware of my fingers touching the sides of the bed and my heels touching the corners. I continue to stare determined to zone out. I think of glow in the dark stars I had on my ceiling when I was six.

Suddenly the image, in my head, swirls into circles. They brighten and the ceiling turns a deep blue, like a beautiful night sky, but certainly not ours. Like it would be out in the country. A moon appears then, huge and bright. Craters appear on it in the shape of a face and then the face winks at me.

"ELLA!!" my mom shouts. I jerk up. She messed it up!

"WHAT MOM!" I yell from my room.

"Don't 'what' me young lady! Besides, you have mail. "

I run downstairs. I already know who it's from. I've been waiting for a reply to the last letter I sent for two months. It's been so long since I heard from him.

I walk into the kitchen and look to where Mom always puts the mail. I grab the pile and go through it. I find it. It says

To: Ella Nympharum Puer.

I tear open the envelope in my excitement. Only he would write my full name like that. I unfold the letter.
