((This is set in the year 1894. The year I think Jameson Jackson was from. I might be wrong. But if you think he comes from somewhere else feel free to tell me! I've done a lot of research to try and perfect this oneshot. So please tell me how I did. I would love feedback. It's also funny how I do a lot of research to perfect my one shots but not my history assignments. Haha. There might be a few timeskips. Sorry about that!
(In)=Initials))

Jameson took a breath. His dress shoes clacking on the stone streets as he walked. Looking at the fine scenery that was before him. The movies were just ahead. And he couldn't wait to watch the movie that was the talk of the town!

He had a slight skip in his step, his face showing a bright smile as he couldn't wait! A moving picture was so unheard of. How revolutionary, he wonders what the future may hold? Better cars? What if...portable phones? No, that's a silly thought!

He didn't see ahead of him. Slamming into a woman with a loud bang. He quickly scrambled to pick up his watch, checking if it was okay. But then gasped. "Oh dear! I'm terribly sorry for my misfortune!" Jameson smiles as he helped picked up the apples the lady had dropped.

"On, no. It's perfectly fine. You are very humble." The voice spoke, very mellow. "I'm terribly sorry for ruining your skip, did I hurt you?" She asked, clear perturbation in her tone.

"Not at all. Did I ruin your evening gown?" Jameson offered his hand. Lifting her off the ground with a smile. "Oh dear, it seems you've gotten a tear. Do you want me to help you patch that up?" He helped dust her off. "Good heavens! I'm such a clumsy person! My name is Jameson Jackson, at your service m'lady." He tipped his hat.

"(Y/n)..." The mellow voice said. "Your frock coat is dirty!" She gasped. "Please, let me help you. You must be going somewhere important!"

"No no. I'm fine. I was just going to the movies. Nothing special..." He gave a small laugh. "But, are you okay?" Jameson looked at her worriedly, feeling his face heat up as she laughs.

"I'm perfectly fine. Thank you, Jameson." She picked up her basket. Adjusting her shrimpton hat as she gives him a sweet smile. Before walking past him. "It was lovely meeting you..." She hums.

Jameson watched her leave. Glancing at his pocket watch, and the direction to the movies. It would start any minute now. Should he go? But, he felt himself get a bit intrigued to (y/n). Oh bugger! He didn't care for the movie anymore!

He quickly jogged after her. Feeling something beat inside his chest. Was this fate? He felt as if something would happen to them together...

((Time skip two years later))

"Oh Jameson you didn't." (Y/n) laughed, seeing the carved initials in the tree on top of the hill. "The poor tree!" She joked as Jameson finished the carving. Giving her a bashful smile.

"I couldn't find any other way to show my love. And a good comrade of mine suggested this..." Jameson sits down with her as she unpacked the food inside the basket. Neatly placing it on the blanket they used.

"You made pumpkin bread?" Jameson said, examining the loaf of bread, feeling his stomach start to twist and turn with hunger as the lovely smell. "My favorite!" He laughs a bit. His lips in a simper manner as she cuts him a slice.

"I thought you might want some. Besides. You said you had a gift as well?" She looked up at him. Getting a bit surprised as Jameson pulled out some heavy paper. Was that blueprints?

"You see that field down there?" Jameson smiles. Looking a bit overhead, (y/n) sees the field, the soft grass making waves as the wind pushed on it. "I'm making that into a house...our house..." He turned to her. Holding her hand to his chest.
