Moments of the members being protective of Hana

M Countdown 2014:

Hana had just debuted with the boys. And obviously in the history of Kpop idol groups having mixed gendered groups were extremely rare, like EXTREMELY. So when BigHit had announced a late debut of an 8th member that was a GIRL, it caught people by surprise and not many people liked it. Hana didn't receive too much hate when she had made her debut but those antis that did have something against Hana, they were extremely hellbent on ruining her reputation. And making sure that their negative comments were heard.

On top of that at the time Bangtan was seen as a group of nobodies. Coming from a small company, having little money, it all seemed like the industry was against them. Even the way some people they had to work with had treated them was bad. It was just all piled up.

The group was getting prepared for their first comeback stage with Boy in Luv at M Countdown. And needless to say there were complications.

As many people may know from back then Bangtan was rarely ever given actual dressing rooms whenever they had to get ready for their stages. They would sometimes have to put stands with curtains up to change behind because the companies of the shows never took the group seriously, and always treated them like dirt because of the fact they came from a small company. Which meant Hana would have to obviously wait for the boys to be done changing before she could go and change.

The boys had all been dressed and had their makeup done before their new female member so they were just in the hall rehearsing and warming up their vocals as she got ready.

"Are you nervous?" Hana's makeup artist asks while adding some blush.

"no not really...... cause I'm really really nervous unnie." Hana chuckles out and tries to play off her nervousness.

"You've worked so hard Hani-ah, you're going to do amazing today okay?" Her make up artists finishes up by adding some lip tint to her lips.  Hana smiles looking at her makeup unnie then looking herself in the mirror.

"Today is the day huh?" Namjoon comes in looking at Hana through the mirror.

"I guess so...." she looks down into her lap nervous of what people will think, what people will say. Suddenly she hears laughing and talking coming in as well and it was the rest of her members bursting through the curtains.

"Wahhhhh Hana-yah you look so pretty!" Jin runs up behind her seat. Hana was dressed in a school uniform matching with the rest of the boys.

"Yeah I think look better in the uniform than Hoseok hyung." Jimin laughs earning him to be shoved by Hobi. Everyone laughs and then looks at Hana in the mirror again.

"Today you finally get to perform with us noona!"  17 year old Kookie smiles with his bunny smile. And all the boys clap and smile at the official debut of the group of 8.

"You're going to do so good Hana-yah, we all know it." Taehyung pats her shoulder assuring his younger female member. Sejin comes in.

"You guys are on in 7 minutes." He smiles giving them all a thumbs up. The group all thank the makeup artists and the stylists before they head backstage.

As they made it backstage Hana felt eyes on her. The staff from to tv program all staring at her, other idol groups looking at her. She felt uncomfortable but she couldn't let it show on her face. She was an idol now that was about to debut, she couldn't let her emotions be on full display.

When the group had made it backstage to get set up with their earpieces and mics there was a lot of murmuring of staffs talking about all of them. Hana started getting anxious of all she was hearing.
