✿ Sure Thing (HanKook)

"Love you like a brother."

Before rehearsals, Hana had caught a cold during the Europe leg of the Speak Yourself tour. It became difficult for her to sing to her fullest abilities. And despite how much she tried to play it off, as if nothing was wrong, Jungkook knew her more than well enough to know it actually frustrated her.

The other members were watchful of their female member, making sure she rested whenever they weren't on stage before the concert.

Before heading out on stage Jungkook heard how his noona was coughing and sniffling like crazy. He decided to turn right around and run to the break room  back stage, where the members usually rest, filled with tables of snacks, couches to lounge on, etc.

Running back and away from the stage for rehearsals, knowing it would make him late, and that he would get scolded and also receive the "punishment" for it.

"Punishment" being that he would have to be the last member to leave the venue that night. Which is the last thing anyone would want after performing a 2 hour show that absolutely drained you.

Reason for this though is because someone or two members would stick around and make sure all belongings and important things were wrapped up, taken care of, and taken with them before leaving. Kind of like a last sweep type thing.

But the way the punishment was dished out was dependent on who was late to leaving to the stadium before the concert or whoever was late to rehearsals.

In this moment though Jungkook could really care less.

He sprints all the way back stage, finding the table in the break room, that was spread out with throat remedies, teas, and medicines. All things the members would be able to take to prepare their voices for the day of the concert.

He looks over the table quickly trying to see what he can pick from the spread, that would help ease his noona.

"Where is the kid at?" Namjoon questions his members out on stage as they all get mic'd up and set up with their ear pieces. The remaining 6 look at each other and shrug.

"Not my problem, looks like he gets to leave last tonightttt~~~" Jin rubs in doing an awkward celebratory dance, cheering to the fact that it won't be him receiving the punishment tonight.

Not too long after Hana lightly shoves the eldest while sniffling, hiding underneath her hat in her hoodie, clearly not feeling good at all.

"Don't gotta rub it in oppa." She says quietly, trying to preserve her voice. Knowing that leaving last really does suck...from personal experience. Jimin with his arm over her shoulder comforting her as best he can.

Namjoon, Taehyung and Yoongi look back at the main stage to see if the maknae would run out any time soon. But...nothing.

"Yahhhh he always rubs it in, but WHEN I DO IT." The eldest quickly gets up in arms. But as soon as he sees Hana cough again with a little groan following he drops it. Hobi stands in front of Hana, fixing her hair out of her face, knowing it's a small gesture that won't help much but the second youngest appreciates it.

"You didn't take any sort of medicine before coming out here...did you." Jimin, still holding onto the female member says knowingly.

"I did, but I think I'm supposed to be retaking it about now—"

"Jungkook-ah what in the hell were you doing." Namjoon says into his mic at the sight of the maknae sprinting down the runway to the center stage, sticking his ear piece in, mic in his pocket, while holding small boxes, and a water bottle.
