Ben walks into the library setting his stuff down on the table. " hey new kid." Beverly walks in and sits right next to him. " hey" Ben smiles and pulls out some books from his bag. Beverly promised Ben to go to the library for some information on the history of a small store in town. Bev sits down and looks at Ben. " so what's the place called again?" Bev asks looking at all the books. " the coffee corner." Ben replies grabbing a book and flipping it open. " that's creative" Bev says with heavy sarcasm. Ben chuckles. " so why are you so obsessed with this place again?" Bev looks at the book noticing how truly old they are.." well back in the 50's this shop was still around and apparently, it was a hot spot for murder, gang bangs, drug deals, gun trade." Ben trails off flipping through the pages. " it's so nice and peaceful though?" Bev says looking at Ben confusingly. " I thought so to.." Ben finally finds the page and starts to read. - Richie bolts up knocking his glasses off of the night stand. " fucking hell..". he grabs his glasses and puts them on. " another day another dream" he mumbles to himself. Richie gets out of bed and walks downstairs. Parents are still not home, not surprising. Richie walks to the kitchen and looks for something to eat, waffles? No, cereal? Nope, Toast? Not a chance. Richie sighs and goes to walk upstairs until the phone rings. He runs over to it and answers, " trash mouth resistants speaking," Richie says quickly. " hey rich, it's ed" Eddie says from the other line. " hey spaghetti," Richie replies smiling. " god, anyway do you want to meet up? Maybe get breakfast or something." " look Ed's I'm not hungry but sure, Let's meet at the usual diner." Richie says smiling softly on the other end. " ok, bye" "bye" Richie hangs up and runs upstairs to his room to get ready, Eddie does the same. Edds puts on a navy blue shirt with shorts. Richie puts on a Scorpion band t-shirt with a floral button down over it, and of course, jeans. Richie puts on his shoes with a swift motion and runs out of the house hoping on his bike. Eddie does the same and there'd off to the small diner that is known for there pancakes.
