"Swarni POV"
Oh my god, his house looks amazing, even in the night it doesn't fail to bring a spark into my eyes. I held my lehenga(wedding dress) above my heels and somehow carry myself in.
The second I left the front door closed I've removed heels, they were hurting me as I have been wearing them since 6 in the evening and it's maybe 3 a.m. in the morning now.
Walking in the stranger's house seems like my thing these days, first my uncles place than this house. But this house gives me a more of a warm feeling than stranger's. The aura here is strangely very positive. I went into the living room and couldn't believe my eyes it has a chimney and has a total vintage look which I admire my entire existence. Everywhere my eyes went was covered with wood, marbles and Rajasthani motifs. From the sofa to the carpet to the paintings on the walls or vases, every item in this room seem antique as well as hell of an expensive.
That round sofa can fit about 12 people at once, it is placed in front of the chimney. I took a seat on the sofa and started looking at the painting above it. It has a young boy and he looks adorable, his eyes were so warm and welcoming 'even though I am not welcome here'. Minute by minute my eyes were getting heavier than before, and I finally slept on that sofa despite trying not to.

"Ayaan POV"
'This is fake! This is temporary! This will be over in no time! '
That is all I have been telling myself since yesterday, how can my destiny be so cruel to me? Why I had to marry that ugly girl? Although I can't deny she was looking stunning in that maroon lehenga, the fitting of that dress was giving away every curve of her body. She was dazzling, the color were well suited with her complexion. Everyone around me on the stage including my parents and sister were praising the way she looks. Nia was feeling so proud while telling people that swarni was wearing her design and for a minute even I felt proud to see her as my bride, but than she looked at me and I immediately took my eyes away from her.
And that is not all, during the wedding ceremony when her uncle has kept her hand onto mine, I felt an adrenaline rush flowing throughout my body. We exchanged the looks and she looked as shocked as me. As if she was feeling the same current which I felt.
I left my bed and went downstairs, it's 6 in the morning and I can't sleep because of the headache. I made myself a chai 'milk tea' and entered the living room and almost dropped a cup from my hand when I saw swarni sleeping on a sofa in her wedding dress. She slept here last night, like this. Last time I checked I left her in the car with its keys, why didn't you run away you stupid girl. It would have been lot more easier for me and for you too 'but now there is no escape.' You have no idea how much of a hell I am gonna show you. You will regret taking my Lilly's place.
I took a vase sitting on a side table next to the sofa and pulled out all the flowers out of it and drained the water on her face. She screamed at top of her lungs and all my house help assembled in the room because of that noise.
I then turned to my middle aged house maid laxmi and asked her to show her the room then I exit the living area without taking a single look at her.
I went to my study 'my escape from the outer world,' after she(Lilly) left me this is all I do, I have indulged myself into so much work so that I don't have to think about her.
But today the reason was not her, it was her cousin my new wife and I hate the fact that she is taking her place even in this small reason.
