Who was Min Yoongi?

"Don't worry Taehyung, I'm sure Y/n and Yoongi are going to be okay."

Jin tried his hardest to console his desolate junior, who was grieving his lover and 'ex' friend as if they were already dead.

"I-I should've been the one to g-get shot, not them!" Taehyung sniffed, not afraid to let his raw emotions show, "I-I was trying to get there to cover her but I wasn't fast enough and Yoongi had to do it for me!"

Jin sighed, "As I said, they're both survivors they are not going to die and even in their conditions I doubt they would ever blame you." The broad-shouldered panther hybrid began to pat the younger boy's head reassuringly, but the truth was, he really didn't know. This was affecting everyone pretty badly, he looked to the youngest of the group who had a girl in his embrace.

Was Yeri her name?

At least he had someone to care for him while his Noona and Hyung were in the operating rooms.

After about what seemed like an hour, the police arrived to take the boys downtown to ask some questions, to which they were politely, yet forcefully rebuffed by Seokjin, who insisted none of them were in a capable enough condition to relay their stories at the moment. He assured them that the earliest they would be able to get their answers would be tomorrow, thankfully, the officers agreed without pressure and wished them the best.

It seemed like an eternity had passed a stone-faced doctor approached them holding a clipboard.

"Are Miss Y/n's family?" He asked, eyes slitting from one hybrid to another.

"Yes, we are," Jin replied for Taehyung, who was holding his breath. As the oldest, he felt it was time for him to step up and take responsibility.

"The surgery to remove the bullets and to stop the bleeding was successful, and we managed to stabilize her" the doctor informed flipping through the noted he had, "There was severe trauma and bleeding in her lower region as well, which we had to fix too."

"C-Can I see her?" Taehyung asked quietly.

The doctor lowered his gaze onto the tear-stained face of the young tiger-hybrid. He let out a small sigh, then responded,

"She's not conscious yet and she needs her rest when she wakes up," Said the doctor, "But, as long as you are the only one who goes in there and can be very careful with and around her as she is in a very delicate state, then I suppose you can."

"Thank you, Mr. Doctor!" Taehyung sprinted towards the doors leading to the hospital rooms, only slowing down after being admonished by the hospital staff telling him not to run.

The doctor told Jin and the others what to expect in the few weeks to come, Y/n's recovery time, sanitation, etc, then left to attend to other things.

Jungkook and Yeri sat down beside Jin who was now slumped over in his seat.

"Cheer up," smiled Yeri, "Y/n eonnie is going to be okay. The doctor said so himself, surely they'll be able to work the same magic for your hyung."

Jungkook chuckled at his close, good female friend's encouraging words, "Maybe Yeri, maybe"

"Pardon?" All eyes were no on, once again, another grim-faced doctor, "Are you Mr. Min Yoongi's family?"

"Yes," Jimin answered for everything, "Is he okay? Is he going to survive this?"

The doctor glanced at the six hopeful faces all focused on him, tuning out the rest of the world.

"I'm afraid he didn't..."
