Chapter 10: No matter what

Isaac Williams POV

Seeing Monica drive away from me, I began walking up to apartment I saw Robin smoking outside his apartments, I waved at him and he smiled and yelled "could you come over a second"

I walked up to him as he gave me a cigarette "Dude, I don't smoke." I answered giving him back the cigarette.

"Right, you have changed since the incident." He said nodding

I chuckled and said "or so they say."

"I've never asked you this, Isaac. But why did you stop your life for what happen." He suddenly blurt

As I felt my face starting to get red and the thoughts of that day came flashing to my mind. That was a blocked day for me I didn't want to remember anything about it because that day I lost all I wanted.

" Robin, I didn't ask for my life to stop nor I wanted it to stop it just did. I mean I was living a dream and it suddenly turned into a nightmare, you think I asked for that." I said truly
Remembering years ago I was able to do what I wanted when I wanted. I played football all the time, had every girl I wanted the second I wanted her. I used to drive my motorcycle everywhere and people respected me. My friends were always with me. I did stuff I shouldn't because that was all I was use to doing.  I painted walls, I damaged private property. Yet nothing was done to me. But my destiny made sure I paid for every girls heart I broke and for every bad thing I did in my past.

"Dude I understand." He said placing his hand in my shoulder

I chuckled sarcastically "you don't, cause look at you, Robin your life wasn't paused nor you lost the opportunity of your life."

"Isaac you are not the only victim of that day." He stated
"Really, mention them because I would love to meet them." I blurt starting to get pissed off. Robin Jacobs was my friend a long time ago yet he knows I hate remembering that day. Why would he talk about it now.

"Your brother lost you that day." He said turning off his cigarette

I laughed and said " He just lost a motherfuck jerk."

"Because that all I ever was" I added truly
Yes I was popular, I had power in the school but that was useless when I truly needed it.

Robin laughed and said "we are all motherfuckers, Isaac. Look at me a married man who likes to flirt with a student."

"I am starting to think I am worse then you, because you where just a rebel for a cause." He added

"Are you really that into Bianca Aguilar?" I asked

Rolling his eyes he blurt "Isaac I am completely in love with that girls bank account." "If my wife had that money I would have all I ever wanted money and love."

"Would you leave Nicole for Bianca?" I asked getting curious

Placing his hand in his heart he said truly " I have been married to Nicole since I was 18, I love that woman, you know that. But I look at myself and I don't know what I would be capable of doing."
To be honest that scared the crap out of me, because I've heard words before coming out of my mouth " I don't know what I am capable of doing" But now I know exactly what I am capable of, what I don't know is what this motherfucker could do.

I was about to say something when he interrupted me and said "Isaac, don't say anything to me because you can't judge me. I know all the things you've done."
That is what he thinks. I've done things that I haven't told my shadow because I am too ashamed.
