Chapter 31 Stay with meBianca Aguilar POV
As I exit my shower I put on my pajamas and sat in front of my mirror in my room. I observed my face as I thought how had I allowed myself to end up like this.
"It didn't happen." I whisper to myself trying to make myself believe I wasn't pushed into the cake. Untangling my hair, I couldn't stop looking at my reflection and feeling completely angry at myself. My life has been a total mess. Boyfriend after boyfriend, failure after failure. I party almost every weekend because I want to remember what my smile looks like. I laugh at people so they can't see my loneliness. I dress pretty and do my makeup so nobody knows how ugly I really am inside. I put some concealer on so nobody sees my eye bags for crying myself to sleep, I paint my lips red for no one to notice how pale they are for the bad diet I have.
"Nanny!" I shouted from my room and the echo of my voice was heard. My nanny wasn't here tonight, she had gone to visit her family. After all she has a family to go to. As for me, I have this house, this empty cold house. My parents don't answer my calls, nor my emails, because work is always first.
As I finish untangling my hair I placed the brush back at its place and smiled to myself and wrapped myself into a hug.
"Netflix it is." I told myself as I walked outside my room and went down stairs up to my kitchen, if I was going to watch Netflix; I need some hot chocolate and some snacks. As I prepared my hot chocolate I heard a weird noise coming from outside my house, but when your alone in a huge house every noise is scary. The noise kept getting louder and I felt it move, turning off the stove I rushed up to my dads office and turned on the camera system to see what was happening outside my house.
Suddenly my hands started to sweat and my mouth turned dry as I saw four men with guns trying to enter my house. My hands were shaking as I grabbed my phone and called my dad, as usual he didn't answer me.
"Dad!" I shouted with panic, I need him.
Feeling a tear run down my chin I stopped trying to call my father, who clearly wouldn't answer me. Instead I called that one person who has always been by my side, Jeremy.
But he wasn't answering either, I called him four times and nothing.
"Shit!" I murmured as I locked myself inside my dads office because I saw the four dudes had entered my house. Thanks God, this office is hidden inside my house and it has a bullet proof door, I had no doubt they would never find me and if they did they would need a passcode to enter my dads office because the lock won't open without the password. However, no matter how protect I was because of that door, I felt scared and vulnerable. I hated being alone, I needed someone to be with me.
I tried calling Jeremy as I sat in the floor behind my dads desk as I saw those four crooks destroy the place I called home. The got my moms paintings and house decoration inside a bag as if it was trash.
I tried calling Marcos and Monica as well, but they all had their phones off. I called Robin as well and as the rest he didn't answer.
"Lord please." I prayed as I panicked.
"Make them go away." I begged but I knew that it didn't matter if they left because I was staying in here alone, in my dads office.
I took a deep breathe and searching through my contacts I saw Sebastian Williams, and not having another choice I called him.
Thanks God, he answered quickly with a sleepy voice. Between tears I managed to say "I need you." Noticing I was crying he asked worriedly "what happen? Where are you?"
