The Truth

As the two friends was walking down the path towards the Hokage's office, the people around the area were quite nervous at the H/C haired boy as he was with the demon of the village. Y/N looked around his surroundings as he was disgusted at what the villagers are thinking.

Y/N: Damn these villagers, Naruto isn't a demon. Sure he has the Jinchuriki in him, but it doesn't mean that you would hurt a small child.

He thought as he gritted his teeth in anger while maintaining Naruto on his arms, supporting him with every step as he was very careful not to let him fall down.

Naruto: I'm sorry for being a trouble for you.

Y/N: What are you talking about? It's fine really.

Naruto: But...what will your parents say about this?

He asked as Y/N just went quiet, taking a deep breath as he kept on moving forward.

Y/N: I don't have any parents.

Naruto: O-Oh, I'm very sorry...

Y/N: It's fine, I got used to it.

Naruto: I sometimes wonder, why my parents abandoned me.

There was a small pause as Y/N was hurt on those words, he didn't want Naruto to make it a big issue as they kept on moving on.

Y/N: Yeah, I wonder that too...

Naruto: Did you say something?

He asked as Y/N let out a small chuckle as he shakes his head, telling him to not worry about it as a little moment later, they reached the Hokage's Office.

Once they were there, Y/N took it upon himself to carry Naruto on his back, earning a small protest from the blond haired kid as Y/N didn't let him off. Naruto just pouted and stayed quiet as the H/C haired child climb up the set of stairs.

Once he reached the floor where the office is located, he took a quick look at Naruto and saw that Naruto was fast asleep. He let out a small chuckle as he knocked on the door, hearing a faint come in, he decided to do so.

Upon entering, the hokage saw Y/N carrying the blond haired child on his back as the H/Cnette walk towards him.

Hiruzen: What happened?

Y/N: The local kids picked up on him, got into a fight, and we're here now. He said to take him here, hospitals are off limits according to Naruto.

He explained as Hiruzen just sighed and pinched the bridge of his nose, calling in a medic ninja to tend to his wounds as Y/N found himself leaning on the table as he looked at Hiruzen.

Y/N: You need to tell the villagers to back off or I will do it myself.

Hiruzen: There is no need for violence Y/N. I kept telling them to leave him alone, yet, they kept on and on.

Y/N: Then keep them away from Naruto at all cost. I'm sick and tired of the talks and stares that your so called citizens are giving.

He said as Hiruzen just sighed and nodded, looking at Y/N as he remembered something.

Hiruzen: Enough of that, I just remembered to ask you something.

Y/N: What is it?

Hiruzen: Since Naruto will be attending the academy in the future, I took the liberty to enroll you there.

Y/N: No, I won't do it. Why did you even do that?

???: Actually...

A voice said as Kakashi appeared behind Hiruzen, holding a paper in his hand as he walked towards the light so Y/N can see it.

Kakashi: It was my idea Y/N.

Y/N: And you need a better entrance Kakashi. Why did you even do it Kakashi, you know I didn't came here to learn.

Kakashi: And I am here to tell you that you are going to the academy. That's the village rule.

Y/N: Fine! But, it's been just 4 years, school won't start like what, another 4 years.

He had a point, they are still early for being told to go to the academy, he doesn't even know if they are very excited or just planning on ahead.

Hiruzen: It is a bit early for you to know this. But, the earlier the better I guess.

Kakashi: Plus, you have to begin training. You don't even know the nature of your chakra yet.

He said as Y/N gave a little look at Kakashi, knowing that he has a huge point there. He is very accustomed through his hand to hand combat, as well as his sword mastery. Adding another skill to his arsenal may provide him a very good support during combat.

Kakashi: Luckily for you, I have this piece of paper with me.

He said as he showed Y/N a small piece of paper. The H/C haired boy was puzzled as he just stared at it.

Y/N: How's that suppose to help me find out my chakra nature?

He asked as Kakashi just groaned and places the paper on Y/N's hand, waiting for the result as they waited, the following event were they wouldn't expect to happen.

The paper flared up as a black colored flame appeared on his hand, making the other two adults dodge the fury of the raging flame.

Hiruzen: Y/N! Turn it down!

He yelled as Y/N was mesmarised by the flames, as a face of a somewhat demon appeared and laughed before it dies down, turning the paper into ashes.

Kakashi and Hiruzen couldn't believe at what they had seen. They walked up to Y/N as they inspect him.

Kakashi: What was that?

Y/N: The reason that I don't want to be a ninja in the first place.

Hiruzen: What are you talking about?

Y/N let out a small sigh as he looks at them, trying to explain what had just happened.

Y/N: I guess, this is the right time to tell you about my secret.

He said as this rose a brow from both the adult as they look at him. Y/N turned around and took off his top, revealing two scars on his back as they examine him.

Hiruzen: What...happened to you?

Y/N put on his clothing back on as he looks at them, leaning on the table once again.

Y/N: That black flame that you saw was my sin.

Kakshi: I don't understand.

Y/N: Do you remember where the story of where chakra came from, and how it progressed through out the centuries.

Hiruzen: You don't mean...

Y/N: Yes...I was once a normal man from that time, this sin that I bare was placed upon me after my death.

He paused as he looked at them, taking a small look at Naruto as he continues his story.

Y/N: I was cursed by the demon himself with immortality, saying the people around me, that I care about, will die. Day and night, the same thing happens for the last century. Up until now, Minato and Kushina, dying right in my very eyes was my last breaking point.

He finished as the two of them didn't know what to expect as Y/N clutched his fist as he looks at them.

Y/N: But this time, this time is different. No matter my situation is, I will protect Naruto with all my life, for Minato and Kushina.

Hiruzen: I'm sure that they are happy with your statement.

He said as Y/N nodded, looking at them as he leaned in a little closer to them.

Y/N: Please, don't tell anyone about this. I only want you two to carry out this secret.

He said as the two nodded, sighing to himself as he walked over to Naruto, seeing that he was very knocked out of day made Y/N decided to stay in the office, in which Hiruzen agreed.

He sat down beside Naruto and leaned towards the chair, closing his eyes as he decides to get some rest.
