7. Happiness in Abundance

We went shopping together for clothes, shoes, jewelry, groceries and a few houshold items all on the great Aplha Gio. I visisted Tony they were all really worried especially since he went over and not see me there. I told him that i had gone to California to get some things with Gio and we stayed a few day. Of course i had to lie though i wanted to tell the truth. Anyways i told him i would be staying at Gio's with his parents as i am his official girlfriend now. Jay thinks i have cooties so he only lets me kiss his forehead not his cheeks. I missed them I'll visit more often. Plus Tony was having another baby so am super happy.

Only Gio and i made it back home. His parents went to a bar to party with old friends. We got home about 7 in the night and head to the showers. I came out before Gio so i went to warm the pizza up. Soon after he joined me in the kitchen.
"So pizza movie night you up for it?" He asked.
"Only if you let me watch 50 Shades of Grey"

With that we shut all lights off and head to the living room putting the movie on and eating pizza. We were at the part where Anna and Christian were first going to the red room when i realized i had done eating. I quickly ran to the bathroom brush the taste off out my mouth and went back in his arms.

He picked me up bridal style carrying me dow stairs to get food. As we entered the kitchen there was laughter and loud talking. My dad and his parents were in there.

"Hi everyone" i said.
"Oh hi sweetheart your finally up. I'd like you to meet my mate...." i cut him off immediately.
"Juliet. Your my dads mate? " i screamed. She was my abstract art lecturer back in school.
"Amelia is you daughter Daniel? Well we basically know each other already you can stop worrying " she said hitting his shoulder.

We talked for a bit and i introduced her to my mate.
"Dad you hit the jackpot. Juliet is my favorite teacher and friend and she is the best person know. Especially since she was kinda my only friend " i said to him.
"Am glad you too like each other i was worried because we are expecting"

I asked my dad to join me outside while the others had their conversation about Juliet and my dad's wedding. They eloped.

"Dad i was wondering as to why you and mom broke off?"

"I knew you would be curious about it. Well you see your mom and me were kinda like this little fling before she met Tony's dad. We broke it off when she told me they were in love. Then one night i saw her come in a bar near town crying. We talked and she told me he was cheating. We got wasted and ended up.... you know.... doing the do anyways a few days later she told me she was pregnant and i was ready to take responsibility. Going to see her whenever i got time. Then about a month past and she told me they were on good terms again and i should leave her life. I tried to fight to see you but she threatened to tell everyone what i was. I gave her space but watched you grow from a distance then when she and Tony's dad split i tried again only to get shut off." He was telling the truth i could see his pain.

"After that i moved away traveling trying to move on till i met Juliet a year ago. Then i decided to come back home after i heard of your mother's passing. I figured i could try to tell you what happened once i found you. And you being the alpha's mate made it easier to explain.  I should have fought harder for you but it would risk my whole family here"

"Oh daddy its ok. My mom was a selfish woman and i know we won't get back lost time but now i have you and you will be apart of mine and my kids life when i have them"

"So am thinking of changing my name to Harper what do you think dad?"

By hearing what he told me I could see my mother was really selfish. I grew up without my dad. After Tony's father left she could have given him a chance to get to know me I was still a child but she chose to hide me away from who i am. I don't hate my mother but i hate her actions.

Now am left thinking about my future.
I was expected to be the Luna and i intend on being the best (no disrespect to you Mrs Rean). Am expected to have little baby alphas and i will do a batter job than my mother did.
I am expected to be the best fay in the forest and surrounding areas and i will.
My priorities are straight and set.
