19. Newest Addition

About 2 weeks have past and today Gio is allowed to come home as he is healing slowly. I have been back to the pack and keeping everything in check for him. My house is ready for him with a wheelchair ramp and all so when the doctors bring him they believe he is human.

My phone rings at 8 in the morning.
"Hello good mornings Mrs. Rean we are on out way to your home if you could please meet us in the town as we aren't sure as to where to go from there" it was Doctor James.

"Am on my way" i said grabbing the jeep keys.
Before leaving i advised everyone to keep the creatures out of sight especially young vampires as it it still dangerous though they will be at my house.

I arrive in town meeting them at Harri's and lead them to my house. We arrive and my dad came over to help Gio and me out.
"Ok Mrs. Rean ensure he takes the medication twice a day and keep him active as much as possible as long as he isn't in pain. We recommend a physiotherapist if you would like" Doctor James said.
"Oh i am a gym teacher and trained physiotherapist so i will help him out" my dad says smiling as he sets Gio down kn the couch.
"Ok if ever yoj need anything don't hesitate to call the hospital. Have a lovely day folks" with that he heads back to the ambulanxe and drives off. The task now is getting Gio to the pack house.

"Daniel could you head back I'd like sometime with Meli alone please" i hear Gio says as me and dad walk to the kitchen. I walk my father out and walk to the kitchen.
"Want anything to ea..." i was cut of as he wrapped his hands around my waist. I fell weak to his touch.
"Meli i miss you" he turns me around so am facing him.
"I miss you too Gio. What were you doing in the road to get hit? What if you died?" I said starting to cry.
"I was following a rogue baby wolf trying to save him from getting hit i got it instead. Am sorry for hurting you baby. Please don't cry" he starts wiping my tears.
"So you were saving a baby? " i say looking up smiling.
"Yes. The neighboring pack found her and has been keeping her safe for me. They say her parents were killed when Raul was alive so she has no home"
"Ohk when do you get her?"
"We can go now but i was thinking. I know we lost a baby and i know it hurts but i was wondering if its ok with yoh if we could adopt her.?"
"Oh Gio i would love to. How old is she though?" We walk back to the couch and sit me still in his arms.

"She is 7 Her name is Jenna McFerrin sweetest little girl but she is shy. I met her while i was in the hospital a week ago"
"Can we get her now?" I asked him.
"Sure but i thoughg u wanted some time with me alone" he said smirking.
"Boy your still hurt. Plus we can pick this up anytime we have forever" i smile and get up only to be pulled back on his lap.
"Kiss me Amelia" he places his lips on mine and i felt like i was floating. The way he feels as he deepens the kiss i want this man forever and even though he screwed up i didn't even remember it in that moment. After about 30 minutes of him kissing me i gently part the kiss and look at him.

"If you want more you get me the baby girl and we talk ok" i say.
"Ok lets go" with that we got up and head out in the jeep. I drove because Gio still had the cast on his hand.

We arrive at the pack and i see a little red head girl running towards Gio.
"Alpha alpha your ok. Am sorry i ran in the road" she said. She was the cutest thing. Red hair and freckles all over.
"Alpha is she your luna" she whispers to Gio as he lifts her up.
"Hi am Luna Amelia but you can call me Meli" i say waiting for a handshake. She smiles then gives me a little one.

"Jenna i wanted to ask you something. Would you you want me to be your daddy and this luna your mommy?" Gio asked her as her smile fades.
"I get a new mommy and daddy? Yaaaay " she screams and laughs.
"You want you meet my friends luna?" She says hopping out of Gio's hands.
"Sure you can tell them am your mommy cutie pie" i say as she reaches for my hand to lead me off.
"Have fun Meli and going to see the alpha about taking her" Gio says with a wave.

We walk around as she tells everyone that her new mommy is a luna some of her friends were like no way i just stand there and smile and wave watching her show off. She will be my daughter and i will love her like my own flesh and blood.
"Ohk my girls time to head home" i hear Gio say behind us.
"Do i get my own room alpha?" She says her shyness completely gone by now.
"Sure what color do you want it in?" Gio says picking her up on his back.
"I want purple and yellow cause yellow is luna's favorite color." She says.
"How do you know my favorite color?" I asked kinda surprised.
"I heard you say it but your weren't moving your mouth" she answers.

She could read minds. That is incredibly rare for a werewolf unless it is a hybrid or from the elder ones blood line.

We drove home to the pack house by then Jenna was asleep so we put her into our room and get working on her room. Gio hand already healed so he removed the cast when we went paint shopping. By 11 that night her room was done in petal purple and yellow stars with a starry night in the ceiling. I did most of the painting . We also on a little shopping for sheets to match and furniture which will arrive in the morning.

We took a shower together and got in bed with our baby girl.
"Your gonna make a good mom Meli she likes you already" Gio says as Jenna turns and hugs me. She slept in the middle.
"I want to give her everything i never had. What do you think your parents will think?" I asked.
"We will know tomorrow they come back from vacation in the evening in time for dinner." Gio says.
"Well lets get some sleep we have more room furnishing to do tomorrow " i say hiving him a kiss as my baby girl holds me tightly. Our newest addition as outlr family grows.

So Jenna is a mystery as to her origins and her mind reading.
She will be their daughter by law in a few days but Gio will have to mark her and Amelia will have to give her a tattoo from her magic so Pedro or Vlad doesn't become jealous since she isn't blood.
Am interested to see how this will end.
