Chapter 6

JENNIE'S POV

It's been a week now and so far, everything is fine. I got to hang out with Irene's group alot and I consider them as my new set of friends now.

Speaking of them, since it's a weekend, they decided to hit the bar where Dahyun is working for Momo to see her and for us to hang out.

I've asked for the permission of Jisoo since she's my guardian now and she's more than willing to let me. She thinks that it will benefit me to have new friends and distractons for me to easily move on and forget about my past.

Right now, I am just waiting for Irene to pick me up since I don't drive for now because of my trauma in my past accident.

As I am waiting, Jisoo, Nayeon and I are just talking casually. Catching up on each other since Jisoo got a bit busy decause of her new job.

After some minutes, someone knocked on the door and I knew that it is Irene. I got up and Jisoo walked me through the front door.

"Hey! Sorry, we're kinda late." Irene said as soon as I opened the door.

"It's fine. No worries. By the way, this is my sister, Jisoo. Noona, this is Irene, my new found friend." I said then winked at Jisoo.

"It's nice to finally meet you, Irene." Jisoo said and offered her hand for a shake.

"It's nice to meet you too, Unnie." Irene said then accepted her hand.

"You guys take care later okay? Do you have a car with you?" Jisoo asked.

"Yes, Unnie. But my brother will just drop us off and will pick us up later since he doesn't want me to drink and drive later." She answered.

"That's good then. Enjoy the night but don't get drunk too much, okay?" Jisoo said.

"Yah! You sound like Dad!" I teased her.

"I'm just saying." She said then shrugged her shoulders.

"We'll be safe, don't worry. I'll see you later. Bye!" I told her sincerely then kissed her cheeks for her assurance.

"Bye!" She just answered then waved.

A moment later, we have arrived to the bar and saw Dahyun, Momo and Mina already at the table.

"Yow, Dahyun! You don't have work?" Seulgi asked. She's with us in the car by the way.

"It's my off tonight so might as well join you guys. The first round is on me." She joyfully announced.

"That's what I'm talking about!" Seulgi beamed at Dahyun and we settled to our table and then placed our orders.

Our drinks and meal arrived earlier than the usual. Maybe because we're with Dahyun and she knows all the staff here at their bar.

We were having fun talking and drinking. Seulgi and Momo are goofing around but once they are a bit tipsy, they became clingy to their girlfriends. Thankfully, I am with Mina so I am not totally out of place.

When I felt like a little tipsy too, I decided to go to comfort room first to freshen up and to pee.

"Guys, I'll just go to the rest room." I informed them just in case they happen to remember that they have me with them.
