chapter 16

Sapphire Pov

I was washing some laundry when I happened to over hear Claudia saying how she will kill me in her head.  "Yes I will not only kill her but that stupid child as well," Claudia thought. I felt my heart tighten. I wanted my child to live even if that meant I could not.  I looked at my stomach and sighed. 

I went back to work seeing as I needed to busy myself. I remember watching Howl's moving castle when I was a kid and oh how I wished I could watch it again.  "She's not dead," Claudia asked in her head. I turned to look but she ducked her head behind a wall.

Sighing I fold the laundry. I hum a song from howl's moving castle and smile. I gasp when something sharp is run threw my chest. Looking down I see a demon slaying sword sticking out of my chest. I look up and my brows twitch in anger. "My father was a fallen god of chaos deary not going to work," I hissed taking it out and I cut off her hands. Claudia screamed in pain as I cut off her hands in one swift movement. Shen came running and I held my chest as it bled. When shen arrived he looked at the scene. He glared at me. "What have you done," Shen growled. I looked at him in disbelief. "Honey please help me," Claudia begged. Shen looked reluctant but came to Claudia's side. He held her close and calmed her. I healed myself up and sighed. "Bitch you don't see I am the queen here," Claudia said. "I am carrying Shen's child," I growled my wings coming out. "Oh who saved you," Claudia asked. "You are not the one he loves," I hissed. Claudia looked at Shen who smiles and kisses Claudia. "Oh really now? I love you? Hah!" Shen looks at me with a murderous intent. "Go clean the    cells," Shen commanded. I looked at Claudia who smirked at me. Oh I see. She used the love poison on him. 

Earlier
Claudia's Pov
I grin as I make the love poison tea. I then pour a cup of it in a tea cup. Taking it to shen I smile seeing him alone. I knock on the door. "Come in," Shen said. I came in and gave in his love poison tea. He sniffed the tea. "This smells weird what did you put in it," Shen asked. "Nothing this tea will make you love the person you love the most more," I explained. Shen  looked at me and sighed drinking it. He passed out and when awoke I made sure to be the first person he sees. And it worked. "What happened," Shen asked. "Nothing honey you just passed out after finding out sapphire is pregnant with your child," I said. Shen looked at me and kissed me. Patting the kiss I smiled. "Ok and are you still going to make her your queen," I asked giving shen the puppy dog eyes. "Nope. I don't even love her I love you Claudia," Shen said. I grinned the poison worked.
Present time
I grinned as Sapphire left. "So now What," Shen asked. "Lets go for a stroll," I said.

Sapphire Pov
I walked to the cells and started to wash them that was until I felt a pain in my stomach. I sighed," kid don't kick so hard." "Sorry mom I have not control. But seriously how are you going to get dad back," the child's spirit asked. "I don't know. But I don't want you taken away from me," I replied. I stopped the only antidote for love poison is true love kiss. But I can't get near him. I started to wash the cobble stone cages when water was poured on me. "Ugh! The fuck," I screamed. That was ice cold water!  I looked back to see Claudia who was laughing. "You will never win him back. Once the sun sets on the third day the poison will be everlasting," Claudia said. "We will see Claudia," I smiled.  I got up but I felt funny and I looked down to see blood run down my legs. My eyes widened in horror. "No....no...no.no..no," I screamed as Claudia laughed. "Don't worry there will be others," Claudia sneered then left. I started to cry my eyes turning a bloody red and I hissed inhuman like. She turned around and red mist came from my hands. "YOU CAUSED MY BABY TO DIE," I yelled. And I lifted my arm with caused the mist to cover Claudia and lift her into the air. I clenched my hand and she started to choke. She clawed at her neck and glared at me struggling to breathe. "Let her go," Sen ye demaned. I didn't do as he said. "Lord shen is coming," he said which I let her go. She was coughing. "You bitch," I growled as horns came out of my head. Mist came out of my eyes.  I left crying Sen ye followed me and held me close to him. "Hey it is going to be okay," Sen ye said. "What happened," Shen asked. "Claudia poured ice cold  water on me and it caused me to miscarry," I explained.
