there are multitudes of races and monsters, the monsters go by 4 classes, Threat, Abnormal Titan and Behemoth, Humans and creatures fear the monsters that lurk everywhere so they created an Organization called the Vanguard that has thrived since the monsters arrived, the Organization was split into three clans, the Healer clan, most used in battle to heal the fighters, The Assassin Clan, used in stealth mission to deal with sentient Monsters who some humans ally with there job is to take out enemies so they are trained to kill people, and the Vanguisher Clan, the most prestigious of the three, they fight in the front lines and defend the people, the organization has territory over most of the islands that make up this planet filled with water. There are other organizations who appose us and there are enemies who ally with the monster, it's been reported that humans have
been fused with monsters to make strong creatures, to combat this a man created an ability called Soshi, it allows people to control an element they were born with, they also discovered Aura, it is a ability all creatures and humans can learn which allows them to use other abilities to better suite what clan there in. in the past 2 decades( 20 years for you non intelects) we have discovered sky islands which hold different creatures and Monsters, they built an Academy on the biggest island to prepare Students to become a Vanguard. They hold the entrance exam every year and the most new students to make it into the school a year is 50. Taking the Vanguard Exam is a once in a lifetime opportunity.
