Third Person Pov
Dr. Kang and Kenko have been looking through science textbooks for a couple days now.
Kang: By the way my apprentice, don't you have family.
Kenko: Oh, um, my parents died after the walls were built.
Kang: Oh. I'm sorry to hear that.
Kenko: It's alright, what are we gonna do after this.
Kang: Well we're gonna have to get our hands dirty, we need some ingredients and I believe this storage house's top floor has a crate with the supplies.
Kenko: What ingredients do we need and why are we using them for?
Kang: Well Snape grass, derazi fungi, antir mandible. I'm planning to use those ingredients to make a potion to heal your wing.
Kenko's face brightens up at the mention of a way to heal his wing, Dr. Kang has mentioned it before but he wasn't expecting to be making the potion this soon.
Kenko: Really? So we have to break in?
Kang: Yep but it's all in the name of science my boy!
Kenko: O-Okay then.
*This is a message, do not take fathering skills from Dr. Kang*
Kang: Alright so let's go over the plan.
Kenko: Okay, how do we get in?
Kang: Well I'm gonna need you to distract the guards while I sneak in from the back.
Kenko: THAT CANT BE THE ONLY PART OF THE PLAN!!?
Kang: Well it's our best option, I just need you to be loud enough so all their attention will be on you.
Kenko: Okay, so all I need to do is yell and keep their attention on me?
Kang: Indeed you are right my boy!
Kenko: But how will I know when to leave.
Kang: Oh, um, I'll make a delicate bird call.
Kenko: Can you demonstrate it?
Kang: Right I sure can?
Dr. Kang started coughing as he covered his mouth with his hand, blood dropped out of his mouth and covered his beard, his skin started to whiten as his eyes became tired.
Kenko: Dr. Kang, are you okay!!?
Kang: *Cough* yeah *Cough* I'll be fine, just need something to drink.
Kenko: I can go get you some water-
Kang: No, I got sake.
Dr. Kang opened his briefcase and he pulled out a large bottle of sake.
*Sake's a traditional Japanese alcohol if you didn't know*
Dr. Kang grabbed two small cups as he placed them on the floor and began pouring sake into them, he pushed one of the cups towards Kenko.
Kang: Drink up.
Kenko: I don't think I'm old enough to drink?
Kang: Ehh doesn't matter, just drink it and we'll head out, it's low level alcohol.
Kenko: Right.
Kenko took the sake cup and drank it down. He sipped it slowly until it was done, he glances at Dr. Kang and saw that he gulped it down with one sip.
Kang: Alright, are you ready to go?
Kenko: Yeah.
Dr. Kang and Kenko left into the city hiding behind buildings as they keep their eyes on the storage house, there are two guards at the front door and Dr. Kang notices a open window at the left side.
Kang: Alright I see that window, I'm gonna go up.
Kenko: What are you gonna do, jump up there
Kang: No you fool I'm gonna use this!
Dr. Kang pulled a grappling hook out of nowhere.
Kenko: Where the hell did you get that!?
Kang: I always keep a grappling hook on me!
Kenko: Okay so what are we gonna do?
Kang: Well you're gonna distract them remember, while you're doing that I'll climb up there!
Kenko: Okay so when do I go?
Kang: Now!
Kang then kicked Kenko over there as Kenko lost his balance and fell on the ground.
Kenko: That asshole.
Guard 1: Hey kid are you alright?
Kenko: Y-Yeah I'm fine.
Guard 2: You gotta watch where you're going or you can get really hurt.
Kenko walked up to the guards.
Kenko: U-Um what are you guys doing?
Guard 1: Guarding.
Kenko: Guarding what?
Guard 2: We're guarding this building.
Kenko: What's in the building?
Guard 1: Stuff.
Kenko: What kinda stuff?
Guard 2: Important stuff.
Guard 1: Kid you shouldn't be asking these questions, what brings you here?
The guard bends down and squints his eyes at Kenko.
Kenko: U-Um, I, I just wanted to know about your lives, what makes you want to guard this building?
Guard 1: Hmm, are you trying to distract me, cause if so, ITS WORKING!
The guards face changed to a excited kid.
Guard 1: Well it all started when I joined this islands military, after ten years in the service I was hand picked to be a guard here.
While the guards were telling stories Dr. Kang has rolled all the way to the left side of the building, he grabbed his grappling hook and shot it at the window as it precisely wrapped over the window seal, Dr. Kang grabbed a hold of the rope as he placed his feet on the wall and started walking up it until he made it to the top.
Kang: Alright, lets get to work.
