Yumoti was patrolling through the city, he had found nothing suspicious except chasing away a small group of thieves, he kept looking around the city until his shift was over, Yumoti made it to his house, he walked in and took his white helmet off, letting his slicked back purple hair out, his yellow eyes sharp as ever, his armor was pure white with a white cape. He was a officer for the Dragon Alliance. Yumoti turned the corner and saw his wife Tara, she had short blond hair and blue eyes. They stared at each other for a second before embracing in a hug.
Tara: I'm glad your alright.
Yumoti: Hey, nothing will happen to me, I'll always be here for you and Sean.
Tara: I'm glad to hear that.
Yumoti: Where is Sean by the way?
Tara: Oh he's taking a nap, you should rest you've had a long week.
Yumoti: I'll sit down but I have my next shift in 5 hours.
Tara: Then that's enough time for some rest and food.
Yumoti: Oh food, what did you make?
Tara: Pork.
Yumoti: That sounds great.
Tara: Then I'll get it ready, just relax.
Yumoti takes off his cape and puts it on a rack.
Yumoti POV
I sit down on the chair trying to relax, my body sore from patrolling, I look at Sara, she's wearing rags, we can't afford a lot of nice things, I need to get a promotion so Tara and Sean can have a great life. I'm snapped out of my thoughts by the smell of pork in front of me.
Yumoti: Thank you Tara.
Tara: Enjoy.
I began eating.
5 hours later
I put my cape back on and hold my helm but before I put it on I look and and see Tara holding Sean in her arms.
Tara: Good luck out there.
Yumoti: Thank you, Sean i'll be back.
I walk towards them and I hold my finger to Sean, Sean gleefully holds it with his baby hands, I can't do anything but smile at Sean's happiness.
Sean: AAAAAHHHHHH!
Sean laughs making me laugh as well.
Yumoti: I'll be back.
I put my helmet on and walk outside where I see other soldiers patrolling around the city, there white armor shining blissfully in the moonlight. I start walking around the city to the market area, nothing out of the ordinary, good. I walk past the market to an alleyway when I see a bright, illuminating light there, I head there and see something, I don't know what it was. It was yellow, it's body had 4 holes surrounding it with 3 yellow tentacles coming out of it thrashing, it's head was a mushy yellow sphere with sharp fangs on what I assume was the forehead and on the back of it's head in the same spot, it had 2 eyes on the left and right glowing red. It started screaming out signaling other Guards to rush over here.
Soldier: YUMOTI! WHAT IS THAT!!!?
Yumoti: I'm not sure, I've never seen anything like this before.
Monster: GAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!
I encase my hand in a magenta aura creating a blade, the other guards do the same and we rush the monster, the monster stops and then extends his tentacles tenfold grabbing the two guards next to me, he started squeezing them causing one of the guards to scream as blood spirted out of his mouth, he was dead. I rush the tentacles holding the other guard and slice them off causing the guard to get out of it. We take a deep breath but top when we see the monster regrow his tentacles.
Soldier: What do we do!?
Yumoti: Press the emergency button and call for backup, I'll hold it off for now!
Soldier: Yes sir.
I once again create a Aura blade and charge the monster, it sends a tentacle at me but I jump over it and stab it causing green blood to spill from it's wound splashing all over me, I start feeling dizzy, now light headed.
Yumoti: T-This isn't go-good.
???: Yumoti...
Yumoti: What!?
???: Speak to me...
Yumoti: WHO ARE YOU, WHERE ARE YOU!!!
???: Who? Why your fighting me Yumoti...
Yumoti: W-What, you can talk!?
Monster: Of course, let me tell you something, this is just the beginning...
Yumoti: WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT!!!?
Monster: i'm just the first opponent, how's your wife and kid?
Yumoti: Don't talk about them!!!
Monster: I'd hate for something bad to happen to them...
Yumoti: W-What?
Monster: I'd go see them if I were you..
Yumoti: You bastard i'll kill you later!!!
I turn around and start sprinting back, I see a decent sized group of soldiers and a general marching there.
General: You where are you going!!!? Get back here!
Yumoti: I can't!!!
General: YOU TRAITOR!!!!
I kept running, I didn't care if I got arrested, I need to make sure there okay. I wipe my face, removing the green goo from my face, I make it to the house and knock open the door, I charge in and create a Aura Blade and start looking around the area, I don't find anyone until I hear a scream and look towards it and see a monster, tall, lanky, yellow cracking skin, a face bulging out at the chest and it's normal head was spitting a green ooze like substance.
Yumoti: B-Bastard!!! You'll go nowhere near them!!!
I charge the monster and slash it strait through the chest, it only screamed and wiggled as I killed it. I look down at it and, and my mind breaks, the monster was gone, it was Tara holding Sean, both had a slash running from their mid section, Tara had blood dripping out of her mouth. I fall to my knees and tears fall out.
Yumoti: N-No, t-this can't be h-happening.
I take Sean from Tara's cold hands, and hold him close as tears pour out of eyes.
Yumoti: NNNNNNNNOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I place Sean back onto Tara as I summon a Magenta blade and swing it at my head, I close my eyes waiting for the impact but I feel my body melt, I open my eyes and see my head turned into, into a gel like substance, my body then reforms without any cuts or bruises.
Yumoti: W-What? NNNNNNNOOOOOOOOOOO!!!
I then repeatidly stabbed myself as my head just kept turning into gel and reforming.
General: Commander Yumoti, you are under arrest for disertion and murder
