Sweet but Psycho

Chapter 2

For Barry Allen, life was tough. His parents died when he was only 11 years old. He had no other family members to go to. The only family he had was his uncle, Eobard Thawne. He was treated poorly by his uncle. He was abused, and even neglected once. This caused him to be the man he is today, The Chemist. He was a known serial killer who abducted young girls, sexually assault them and murder them. Barry would say that the voices were the ones that told him to do it, and that it wasn't his fault. But sometimes there were no voices and that the crimes were his doings.

A nurse was walking down the hallway followed by a young girl by the name of Iris West. Iris was a new intern psychologist who had just started working at CCPH. She was assigned to a new patient and was on her way to meet him. Iris didn't know what to expect, she was feeling really nervous and her tummy was turning.

She hasn't worked with a mentally ill person before. It was her first day working with one today. As the nurse stopped in front of a closed room, Iris's heart started racing. Alright, this is where you'll be everyday from 12:00pm to 2:00pm. Room 28. And if he gives you any trouble, just call for the guards. The nurse explained, as she handed Iris the key. The nurse wished her luck before walking and disappearing around the corner.

Iris took a deep breath, and told herself to be confident. Now wasn't the time to be a scaredy cat. She was helping someone who needed her help. Suddenly, she felt her nerves slowly fade away, she was feeling a little confident.

Iris didn't know it yet, but once she unlocks that door, her life will change forever.
