As time passed by, Barry had settled into his new residence perfectly. Things were going well for him.

That is, until now....

Iris was watching TV on the couch while cuddling with Benny and Felix, when Barry walked up to them. Do you love me? Barry asked, anxiously. W-w-what do you mean Barry? Iris stammered. I said do you love me! Barry snapped as he pulled out a knife. Oh my god Barry. Quavered Iris. Answer me! Barry yelled. Yes Barry, I do. I... I... I love you. Iris gulped. You're lying! You're gonna leave me, aren't you?! Barry fumed. No Barry, I- Iris said just as Barry cut in. I knew it. You're just like my uncle. You're gonna leave me just like him. Barry ranted as Iris shook her head nervously.

What is it gonna be, huh? You're gonna leave me on the street? Or on someone's doorstep? Or at a gas station? Or maybe you'll go drinking and leave me here while I starve? Barry questioned angrily. He took off his belt and made handcuffs with them, before placing Iris's hands in them. Barry, you don't have to do this. Iris said. Shut up! You're not going anywhere. You're gonna stay here with me, and you're gonna be mine. How would you like to see what the Chemist can really do? Barry said.

Barry listen to me, I love you, okay? I love you more than anything. And I promise you, I will never leave you. Come here, Barr. Iris gave a little smile. Barry hesitated at first but he walked over to her and crouched down. She placed her lips on his. It's okay, Barr. I love you. Iris said, kissing him again. Barry closed his eyes as he deepened the kiss. 

I'm so sorry. He whispered before untying Iris. He wrapped his arms around her neck, and placed his head on her shoulder as he started sobbing.
