Chapter 4

Hey, Iris. How did your first session with your first patient go? Dr Caitlin Snow had asked, while they poured some coffee in the break room. It actually went really well. As for my patient.... he kinda crept me out a little, but other than that, he was good. Iris recounted. Yeah, they're all like that. Caitlin said. When are you seeing your patient again? Caitlin asked, while they sat down. Probably tomorrow, but don't worry, I'm ready. Iris said. Well, let's hope your patient is less crazy than mine. He's name is Axel Walker, and he calls himself the Trickster. I'm pretty sure he has schizophrenia or attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. Caitlin emphasized. Well whatever it is, I am pretty sure you're doing a good job with him. Iris smiled.

Iris went to Central City University where she earned her degree in psychology. All she ever wanted to do, was to help people. Even if it meant helping people with mental disorders. Iris had always been fascinated by psychology. However, when she was little she wanted to be a vet and own her own veterinary clinic. But when she got older, she would  constantly watch Dr Phil on the TV with her dad. At some point, her dad took her to the park where she saw a man acting strangely. He was talking to himself, and doing strange things. She would frequently ask her dad questions like: Why do they act that way? Are they okay? And her dad would just tell her, that it's just a sick person and that they just needed help. Iris became more curious and intrigued by this study.

She exceeded in Central City university and right after graduating, she got a job at Central city Psychiatric hospital. Her main goal was to help people with psychiatric and mental disorders. Which included her new patient, Barry Allen. Her goal was to help Barry, and figure out what's wrong with him, and probably help cure and recover him.
