Manqoba:(looked at the Doctor) What do you mean about that Doctor?I mean we did a pregnancy test and it came as Positive
Doctor':It may be Pseudocyesis
Manqoba: What's that? Doctor I studied Business at school so Elaborate
Doctor:Pseudocyesis medical term for a false pregnancy or what some people refer to as a phantom pregnancy.
Manqoba:Ow but she has gained weight and she's eating more than she did
Doctor:It happens and it's usual because it is characterized by the typical pregnancy symptoms including weight gain, growing belly, morning sickness, irritability, and backache; all the signs of being pregnant without carrying an actual baby.
Manqoba:Ow, Nomtha are you Ohk?
Nomtha:Can we go home?I don't want to be here.
Manqoba:(sighed) We're still talking to the Doctor Nomtha
Nomtha:I don't want to be and you're the one talking to him. You'll find me in the car.

Nomtha said standing up as she walked out of the office. Manqoba sighed as he turned his attention back to the Doctor.

Manqoba:What really causes the pse what what
Doctor:Some believe that the cause comes from trauma, either a physical or mental trauma, while others believe it is a chemical imbalance.

Doctor:(clear his throat) Issues that may create a false pregnancy may be
Miscarriage,Infertility,Loss of a child or a Mental breakdown.In addition, there are also real physical causes as well which include ovarian tumors and a chemical imbalance in the brain that in a way “tricks” the body into thinking it is pregnant.
Manqoba:(sighed)What can I do to make that all disappear or for her to be Ohk?
Doctor:I think she must talk to someone because it May be daughter,What is she suffering from?
Manqoba: Infertility,she cannot Conceive
Doctor: Oh that may be the cause of this Pseudocyesis
Manqoba:(nods)What about my symptoms?My Mother things I'm having Pregnancy symptoms
Doctor: It's Cauvade,I think you have impregnated someone
Manqoba:Eish,Ohk let me go thank you
Doctor: I'm just doing my job

Manqoba walked out of the office heading to the parking lot. He climbed in as he turned to look at Nomtha,she was crying.

Manqoba:(frown)Baby, MaGatsheni please don't cry
Nomtha:How? I'm a barren!I didn't want to accept this but I had a little hope in me(sniffed)I had a little hope that I'll be able to give you a child
Manqoba:I know that this didn't go as expected but baby don't cry please
Nomtha:(shakes her head)I don't know why God hates me so much Manqoba,He hates me to the core
Manqoba: I'm sure He doesn't hate you MaGatsheni, please don't cry
Nomtha:(giggles through her tears)I was so happy,very happy but look at me now!
Manqoba:The Doctor said you must talk to someone
Nomtha:(frowns wiping off her tears)A Doctor?I don't want any shit involving those Human beings.
Manqoba:We ain't involving any Human beings, you're talking to a Doctor and that wasn't a request

Manqoba:I will, trust me I will.

Manqoba started the car as he drove off heading home. They parked at the Garage as they walked inside finding Mr Zwane, they were so suprised to find Him there.

Manqoba:Baba(shocked)What are you doing here?
Mr Zwane: The last time I remember Manqoba I was your father and I'm still your father which means I can walk in at anytime even if you were sexing uMakoti
Nomtha:(embarrassed)Uhmm Sawubona Baba[Greetings Father]
Mr Zwane: Hello my beautiful daughter-in-law how are you?
Nomtha: I'm fine father (clear her throat)Uhmm let me go and prepare dinner
Mr Zwane:Oh Ohk Makoti I'm hungry Shem and my wife didn't cook today

Nomtha quickly walked over to the bedroom to change her outfit before she walked back heading to the kitchen.
Manqoba was still looking at his father.

Mr Zwane: Let's go and talk in your office Son
Manqoba:What have I done father?

He asks because once Mr Zwane calls you to the office,it means you're going to get it. Mr Zwane is a very intimidating man even though he jokes around with his loved one's but outside the world he is an intimidating man.

Mr Zwane:We need to talk, just you and me no one else.
Manqoba:Oh(Following him)And Father I'm not playing
Mr Zwane:Who said anything about playing Manqoba? I'm a very busy to waste my time coming here to play

They walked in the off as Mr Zwane closed the door behind them then he locked it taking out the key off the door.

Mr Zwane:Now you're going to tell me everything,and when I say everything I mean everyshit
Manqoba:(confused) What are you talking about Dad?
Mr Zwane: I'm talking about your Cheating tendencies and don't you dare deny that
Manqoba:(sighed)It was a terrible Mistake Father
Mr Zwane:What happened?Tell me everything
Manqoba:(running his hands on his head)I was drunk when I accompanied her to a bedroom since her friend was busy doing what so ever then we started kissing then one thing led to another
Mr Zwane:Mmmh your mother said you're expecting Pregnancy symptoms but she label it as a Co what what
Manqoba:I don't know Dad,I really don't know.
Mr Zwane:You must find this girl because our ancestors can punish us and we don't want that now right?
Manqoba: Yeah but this will hurt Nomtha
Mr Zwane:Keep it from here until you find this girl then we will take it from there.
Manqoba: Ohk father

They walked out of the office Laughing and talking about few things. Nomtha was already done with dinner so so they settled around the table as they started having their dinner

(At Res)

Hlobisile woke up in the morning as her eyes Landed on the Clock. It was still early so she had time to do everything before she goes to see a Doctor and besides her Classes start at 10:00. She walked out to the bathroom and took a shower,she walked back to her room and started dressing up.

Nicole:Hey, you're up early today.
Hlobisile:(smiles)Yes I want to go to the Clinic before I go to Class.
Nicole:Oh,but I don't think you know where the Clinic is
Hlobisile:I.. I will figure something out
Nicole:I will accompany you, it's Joburg here so we can never trust anyone
Hlobisile:Wena how do you know Johannesburg since you're the first student like I am
Nicole:I have relatives here so (shrugged her shoulders)I know the City but not all of it since it's kinda huge
Hlobisile:(nods)Ohk you can accompany me to the Clinic.

She says preparing a Cereal. She eat then Nicole did her chores too. It wasn't really necessary for them to clean at the moment so they walked out heading to the Clinic. Hlobisile was assisted.

Hlobisile: Please tell me that I'm not pregnant.
Doctor:(sighed) You're pregnant my dear, You're One Month and Four weeks pregnant.
Hlobisile:Oh My God
Doctor: It's not the end of the world miss and you're HIV negative so you're safe.
Hlobisile:Uhhmmm Thank you

Tears streamed down her cheeks as soon as she made her way out of the Doctor's office. She couldn't believe that she's pregnant by a total stranger

(At Manqoba's House)

Nomtha:Good Morning Zikode
Manqoba:Good Morning MaGatsheni how was your night?
Nomtha: Great,how was yours?
Manqoba:Good,I have an important meeting to get up to
Nomtha:Oh let me quickly prepare some breakfast,you can't attend a meeting on a hungry stomach
Manqoba:(smiles) That's why I love you so much

Manqoba walked upstairs as Nomtha prepared some breakfast.Manqoba walked inside their bedroom and Nomtha's phone rang indicating an unknown number so he answered saying nothing.

Zola: Sweetheart, I'm glad you answered because God knows how much I miss you-
Nomtha:(walking inside the bedroom) Manqoba how i-
Manqoba:(Calm)Tell me all about it
Nomtha: About what?
Manqoba: Don't fucken shit on me Nomtha tell me who......
