~ Accidents ~

I knew it was a horrible idea to say that to Harry. Even I hadn’t said it, Harry would be here helping me get rid of Austin.

Austin was the only boyfriend, I’ve had before Josh. We dated for about 2 years. I never said anything to him after that, we were friends but the only friend that I actually had was Harry.

“Hi, Austin.” I glanced at Josh, seeing the panic in his eyes.

“I haven’t seen you in so long. I thought you were missing?” Austin uttered, fairly loud. I hushed him, as Josh didn’t know that I ran away. Josh didn’t know anything about my old life or Flora Holden.

The day I ran away, I regreted it. Everyday I regreted it. I haven’t seen my parents in years and I miss them so much. But how can I go back? After all, I’ve put them through. They’ve must have forgotten about me by know.

“Austin, can we talk about this later?” I looked him in the eyes. “Please.” I pleaded. He nodded and walked off.

I walked back to the table as if nothing happened. “Who was that sweetheart?” Josh asked me, eyeing Austin suspiciously as he walked back to his seat.

“I just bumped into that guy and he apologized.” I absolutely hated lying to Josh. It killed me knowing that if he EVER figured out how much I lied to him about, he would break up with me and never talk to me again.

I break his trust everytime I lie, without him even knowing.

“Are you alright love?” Josh asked, touching my chin softly. “You seem a bit out of place.”

I smiled up at him, “I’m alright.” I kissed his lips, letting the kiss linger. “Thank you for caring.” I bit my lip and looked down. I felt so ashamed. All Josh cared about was my safety, protection and well being. While, I cared about was keeping my old life a secret from everyone.

“Hi, my name is Leah and I’ll be your server today.” She smiled politely. Wow, she was beautiful, she reminded me of Leona Lewis. Since Leona has brown at the top, then at the bottom it turns into blonde. I love Leona! “Would you like to start with apetizers and drinks?” I nodded.

“Since this a VERY special occassion, we would like to glasses of wine.” I nudged Josh. I gave him my famous you-know-I-don’t-drink look. “How about some sparkling apple juice.” I added.

The waitress giggled and wrote some stuff down on her notepad. “Can we have two metaterainian salads with teriyaki chicken please? Thank you.” Leah wrote down more stuff and left.

“Babe you know I don’t drink…” I bit my lip. There was a reason I never drank but only Harry knows. And I want it to stay that way, Harry is my bestfriend.

“I know, I’m sorry I just thought you would want to celebrate. How come you don’t drink anyways?”

I racked my brain to think of a logical excuse. “You know it messes you up. I only drink on Christmas, that all the celebration I need.” I thought of a song in my head. “Hey boy, I’m waiting on ya. Waiting on ya. Come on and let me sneak you out.”

“And have a celebration. A celebration. The music up the windows down.” Josh sang along with me.

“Yeah, we be doing what do, just pretending that we’re cool so tonight. Let’s go crazy, crazy, crazy till we see the sun.” Leah sang as she placed our glasses and salads on the table.

I let out a small laugh. “Are you a fan of One Direction?” I smiled at her. Leah nodded and looked down smiling. “I would consider myself one, yea.” A thought popped into my head.
