He'd been watching her all night. From the moment he noticed the pretty young thing walk into the club, giggling and smiling, tugging down the tight little dress that did nothing to hide her modesty. Tom had been transfixed by her. He knew she'd noticed him, maybe even knew who he was. He'd caught her looking his way a few times, causing her to blush and look away, sometimes she'd bite her lip. Her doe eyes were big and beautiful, full of innocence. God, she was beautiful and he had to have her.
"I'm going to get a drink," He announced to whoever amongst his friends was listening. He began to leave when he felt a hand on his, pulling his attention away from you.
"I'll join you," Zawe, a relatively new friend, smiled at him.
Tom's eyes widened a little but he recovered quick enough to act cool and collected, nodding as he stepped to the side and allowed her ahead of him. Fuck, he knew the look she was giving him. It was the look he and 'The Pretty Young Thing' had been sharing with one another.
Lexie's shoulders sagged a little as she watched the man standing beside a young woman, the very same one who's been scowling at her every time she'd look at him. Lexie tried to ignore him but she couldn't help it. She had this feeling she knew him but couldn't place where, that and she could feel his eyes burning into her, sending shivers down her spine and butterflies to erupt in her stomach.
"Am I boring you?" Her attention was drawn back to the guy her friends had left her with whilst they danced with his friends.
Lexie shook her head as she smiled at him, although it wasn't a big one. As nice as he was, he just wasn't entertaining her as much as the other man was, she couldn't even remember his name. Was it Dale? Daniel? Did it even start with a 'D'? "No,"
He cocked an eyebrow as he not so subtly dropped his gaze to her cleavage. "You sure?" Lexie hummed in response, her eyes falling to her empty glass. "How about I get you a drink?"
Lexie shook her head as she protested but it was too late, he was already gone. She let out a small huff as she turned her attention back to the other man. A small blush creeping up her cheeks as she met his gaze, a small smirk tugged at his lips. He watched her for a moment, his tongue running across his bottom lip as the pair just smiled at each other before something drew his attention away from her. She let out a breath she hadn't realized she'd been holding, lowering her gaze to the floor as she tried to calm herself.
What was wrong with her? Here she was talking to a nice enough guy, her age and all she could do was eye fuck some man who was obviously a few years older than her and possibly famous if it was whom she thought, but fuck, was he good looking and the way he kept eyeing her filled her belly with a fire she never could exist.
"Kiss me, quick," Lexie's head shot up at the sound of a British accent beside her. Her eyes widened as they met those of the man she'd been eyeing all night as he grinned down at her. "Quick," He urged her.
'Are you mad?', 'What?', 'You're Tom Hiddleston', 'No', they were probably the sane things Lexie should have said.
Instead, she found herself pressing her lips against his as his soft, large hands cupped her face, without uttering a word to the man. She willingly opened her mouth for him, allowing his tongue to slip inside and deepen their kiss, prolonging what Lexie thought was a dream. That is until he pulled away from her slowly, chuckling as Lexie chased after his mouth.
"He's gone," He whispered, glancing over Lexie's head.
"Who?" She breathed out, desperate for his lips to be back on hers.
"Your... friend," He chuckled.
Lexie looked over her shoulder to where David?, had been stood at the bar. He was gone. "Oh... Oh, Good," She began to smile as she turned her attention back to the man beside her. "Why did you do that?" She asked as she bashfully looked back at the man in front of her.
