Bill:
-he was working on improving his speech
-he was having a lot of trouble with it, but you stayed by his side, determined to help him
-he got frustrated with himself and threw the book he had been reading down on the ground
-you walk over to the book and pick it up
- "no, no babe, you were doing so good!" you say with a large smile
- "n-no i wasn't"
-so upset with himself
- "yeah, you were! you got three words father without a stutter than last time!"
- "its o-only three words, y-y/n. you could read this w-whole book without s-stuttering"
- "and you could make a paper boat in ten seconds when it would take me half an hour. not everyone can be good at everything. and in order to become faster at making boats, i have to keep trying. so,"
-you hand him the book, motioning for him to continue, smiling hopefully up at him
-he gives in and tries to read again with a wide smile
-you help him read farther than he ever had before without stuttering
Stanley:
-he was practicing his Torah reading
-he was struggling with one certain part and asked you to come and help him
-you walk up to the stand with him and look at him, attempting to read the old writing yourself
-you weren't much help
-he groans loudly and sits down, putting his head in his hands
-you sit down next to him and rub his back
- "i timed it. you read for around five minutes with barely any mistakes. that's gotta count for something, right?"
-he sighs and turns to look at you
- "how do you always seem to make everything okay?" he whispers
-you shrug and smile shyly
- "hey, you need a break. lets go get something to eat. its on me"
- "i have the best girlfriend in the world"
-he holds your hand as you two walk to the restaurant
Richie:
-he was always talking about wanting to be a musician when he was older
-but he never really picked up an instrument or tried
-you believed in him
-for a Christmas present (or just a random present if you aren't christian) you bought him a personalized notebook
-you gave him a card with it that explained you wanted him to write lyrics in it
-he thanked you and hugged you, joyed with the present
-but he was worried whatever he wrote wouldn't be good
-you later convinced him to let you read it
-the lyrics turned from soft to serious, making you feel some type of way
-you smile
-he thinks you're laughing at him and asks for it back
-you tell him you aren't laughing, you're smiling because you're proud of him
-he starts to believe in his emotions and lyrics too
Eddie:
-he doesn't think he's good enough for you
-you obviously are shocked at hearing this because you love him so much
-you actually heard it from Richie
-you run to Eddie's house and sneak in his window since his mother doesn't like you
- "Eddie, what the heck? you are perfect for me in every way"
-he looks up at you, shocked to see you climbing through his window, but remains silent until you are standing, crossing his arms
- "i was going to break up with you today anyways... because i'm not good enough"
- "really? that's selfish, Eddie. i love you. i say you're good enough. why do i have to be punished because you think i'm amazing?"
-this causes him to crack a smile
- "please don't break up with me. i'll miss you too much. your lips, eyes, hair, hands, voice, i need you, Eddie"
-your words make him feel better
