The Dwellers:

Josephine (JoJo) ???
Last one to leave the Vault due to oversleeping. Doesn't remember anything about her past, having known the Vault as her only home. Dreams are often of events that have happened in the Pre-World.

Michael "SteelCrusher" ???
Leader of the Dwellers. Often a jokester. Takes Josephine in and sees her as a sister. Not much else is known about him. Did manage to obtain Power Armor quickly before his death by a Sentry Bot. Ended up killing the Sentry Bot before being killed by the explosion that follows a Sentry Bot's death, hence his nickname "SteelCrusher" and his Stand, Ada.

Mama Bleu
The den mother of the group. Has seen the Pre-World, unlike the other Dwellers. Often tells stories of the Pre-World to the team. Sees Josephine as her own granddaughter. Oh, and she's pretty badass. Ended up taking down a Scorchbeast by riding on it's back and driving it down to the ground, which killed her and she earned her Stand, Scorched Earth.

Shelly ???
  The "brute" of the group. Why? Oh... It's just that her Stand, Shadowclaw, is a Deathclaw. Long story short... That big ass chameleon tangled with the wrong Dweller. She wears an engagement ring, but it serves no purpose... or does it?

Scott
  Finds a semi-conscious Josephine after she was attacked, and saves her by using his Stand, Miner Miracles, an Excavator Power Armor. Brings her to the Dwellers' group. Slowly begins to develop a crush on Josephine and is willing to put his life on the line for her, if it ever came to that.

Overseer
  The Overseer of Vault 76. Went missing after leaving the Vault. Guides Dwellers through pre-recorded holotapes.

D.I.O (Debar. Insure. Oversee):
A group similar to the Enclave, however has more sinister intentions. Their goal is to gather any survivors and to manipulate them into thinking they will be given sanctuary. But what the truth is remains a mystery...
