Felix sat in front of Changbin, they were currently sitting in Changbin's kitchen, eating. Neither of the two talked.
"We both need to apologize to Hyunjin," Felix spoke, breaking the intense silence, "Me even more but you too."
Changbin stopped eating and rolled his eyes, "No, we don't."
"I lied to him for a long time."
"It was a good reason though."
"Was it? He started to hate you because of it," Felix clasped his two hands together, "You two were so close. Thick as thieves and I broke that with my lies."
Changbin sighed, "Things change."
"I shouldn't be the one coming between you two besides isn't Hyunjin the reason you asked me out in the first place?"
"Yeah...he was," Changbin smiled at the memory.
"There's something else I want to talk about," Felix cleared his throat.
"What?"
"Your anger issues," Felix said, "How you jump to conclusions and then say fucked up shit to me."
Changbin grabbed Felix's hand, "You know I don't mean it."
"At the moment, it never sounds like it. You need to manage it better. You can't let your anger control you."
"Okay, okay I'll try to do...something," Changbin smiled, "For you."
Felix nodded, "I'm glad we could talk about this."
"What made you want to?"
"I had to get it out. There's just so much happening lately. My mom called me earlier today when you were at the gym. She and my sister left the house too," Felix paused, "She told me after I left, he beat her really bad in front of my little sister and my sister called the police."
"She's 7, right? I can't believe he did that in front of her," Changbin rolled his eyes, "I should have killed him when I had the chance."
"I don't need you in jail. My mom and I used to lie about our bruises to my sister but I feel like she always knew. Anyways, my mom and sister are staying with my aunt."
"You gonna go with them?"
"I mean I can't stay here forever," Felix laughed.
"Well actually, my parents like you more than me so I don't think they would mind," Changbin half-joked, making Felix laugh even harder. He admired the blonde's smile and his laugh was like music to his ears, "I love you."
Felix stopped laughing and smiled, "I love you too."
"Let's go on a date, right now," Changbin said, suddenly getting up.
"Now?" Felix questioned, "Right now?"
"Yes. Come on, I know you've fantasized about an impromptu date. Besides, what's better than right now?"
"Don't get all philosophical," Felix said, getting up and walking with Changbin to his car, "Do you even have your keys?"
"In my pocket," Changbin said, flashing the keys before opening the front door for Felix.
"I just got the weird feeling that we should do something, that's all. That we gotta live for now and worry about everything else later."
"Weirdo," Felix mumbled as he hopped into the passenger's seat.

"Spill, what's wrong?"
"You first."
