Brightheart sighed as she waited for her kits to come. Cinderpelt rushed and gave her borage. She quickly ate it and laid her head down.
Finally, the kits came.
Brightheart P.O.V.
I picked up the mewling fur balls and licked them. I noticed Daisy poking her head around the nursery. Why would she do that? I thought.
When she noticed me, she quickly ran. Firestar probably chose her for a hunting patrol. I thought nothing of it and yawned. Then I laid my head
Down on my kits. And slept peacefully.
