As soon as I step out into the open, fresh air, the cold breeze hits me like a ton of bricks. But it feels good. I love to feel the brisk wind on my face, to "get London out of your lungs." as they say. The Doctor carries our bags as we start the short trek to the small cottage at the top of a small hill. It is tiny, and is made completely out of stone. As I stand in front of the cottage, I look out into the open grass. The view takes my breath away. I feel like I can see for miles. I can see hills, trees, and the sun setting in the distance. It's picture perfect. The Doctor stands beside me, and I realize there's nowhere I'd rather be than right here, with him, looking out over the countryside. I watch the sun go down, then turn and walk inside the cottage, the Doctor trailing behind me.
.
The next day was the best day ever. We took a long, romantic walk in the trees, we skipped rocks down the river, and a million other things that day. And now, to end it perfectly, we are lying in the grass, watching the sun go down slowly across the mountains. His head is resting on my stomach and I'm softly stroking his lovely hair. I love it. As the sun goes halfway down, the sky starts to turn beautiful colors. Oranges, reds, and purples look like strokes across the sky. It's the most beautiful sunset I've ever seen. While I'm gaping at the gorgeous sky, the Doctor suddenly sits up and turns to look at me. I look back at him with a questioning look. He helps me up to my feet, and we stand together, the sun slowly setting in the distance. He says to me "Rose Tyler, you know I'm not much for long speeches so I'll make this short: I love you. You mean everything and I... want to spend the rest of my life with you. So," The Doctor then gets one knee, "Rose Tyler, will you marry me?" he pulls a velvet box out of his jacket pocket and opens it to reveal a sparkling diamond ring. It's truly gorgeous.
