the wonderful harry potter universe belongs to the lovely jk rowling, everything that you do not recognize from the harry potter series is a creation of mine, so the rights belong to me for those few things while the rest belongs to jk rowling.

for as long as she had been alive, theresa adler wasn't as social as those around her. she always remained in the background, and preferred it that way. to many people around her, this was a bad habit, something that would hurt her as she grew up, but what they didn't realize was how it benefited her. 

being the outcast let the ravenclaw get away with much more than others could, like having better grades or ditching parties in the last minute. but it also allowed her to learn more about those around her. 

theresa was observant, more observant than most people were. she always noticed a person's behaviour, if they were lying or what not and that was always interesting because nobody knew how much she knew. 

everyone was hiding something and she loved learning new things about people, things that could break their reputation. but that's when regulus black comes into play. the other quiet boy with a reasonable reputation, he played this perfect slytherin persona. a persona that was oh-so fake, something that theresa immediately noticed.

unlike those around her, theresa noticed the little things, and that was probably what threw her into the dark world of regulus black.
