Ravens Pov

I grabbed my switch axe and sheild. I ran out the door with my mom on my heels. It would've been pitch black if it wasn't for the few houses that were lit on fire. Goarleg and the rest of the teens where taking on a gronckle, but I wanted something better. I scanned the sky looking for anything better than a gronckle. I ran towards a fence and jumped over it, and crouched behind it. Not one second later 10 silver tail spikes landed on the top bar of the fence. I looked up and saw a plasma blast shoot from the sky. Silver Fury, I concluded using the info I gathered. I jumped over the fence, across the way
And picked up a netted crossbow but before I could spot the dragon I felt claws on my arms and my feet lifted off the ground and into the air, the houses where getting smaller. Mom! I yelled trying to get control of myself I only barely saw her look up before...

Astrids Pov

I had just lost a hideous zipple back when I heard a plasma blast. I looked around assuming it was a night fury, but before I spotted anything I heard someone scream Mom. I looked up and saw my girl being carried away bye a Silver Fury. I ran as fast as I could near her but lost sight of her and the dragon. I collapsed, my only child taken by a dragon. It seems every time I soften my heart and let someone into it, they get taken from me. I weep as the dragons leave. Fishlegs tried to comfort me but I pushed him away. This time for sure I would get revenge. I ran back to our... My cottage and grabbed provisions to last a couple days. I then ran out and I headed towards to the woods, I kept my eyes on the sky trying to spot any dragons, but I had no luck for the rest of the night and I searched all through the day. I found a little cove like area and their I set up camp to take a nap. I woke and I was almost out of provisions so I ran back to my cottage and grabbed more. I could not take it, I did not think of where my daughter's body rested for the rest of time. I headed out and kept searching.

Ravens Pov

I woke up in a cave, with my switch axe clenched in my hand. I was shivering and it was cold out. There was the dragon sleeping peacefully across the end of the cave, I would not kill it when it was sleeping for that was not fair game, I wanted to have some fun. I walked out of the cave and discovered I was in the crevass I came across yesterday, or whatever day it was. I went to the edge of the pond and drank out of it. I lifted my head up and their the dragon was drinking next to me. I gasped silently my axe was in the cave. I slowly backed away but it lifted it's head and walked towards me. I was backed up all the way to the wall their was no where to go. The dragon just sniffed me and backed away though. Huh, I thought that dragon now turned down two chances to kill me. What was wrong with it, it was literally dumb. Well since it didn't seem to care I assumed I should kill it and head home. I grabbed my switch axe and went out to find the dragon, it was laying on some charred ground, which I assumed the dragon did that to warm the ground. I was approaching it when it woke up looked at me and then moved on. I sighed and followed it. Why did it have to be so dossile. I was starting to question why it was like this. I decided to give it a rest and just investigate why it was like this. First on the list, what gender is this thing. I concluded easily that it was a girl. Next thing on the list what does it... She eat, I grabbed my switch axe and grabbed a Vine, I tied it to my axe and waited by the edge of the water. Eventually I spotted some sort of fish, I flung my axe at it and pulled it in with the fish on the blade. I grabbed it by the tail and threw it near where she was lying. She sniffed it and then slurped it up. Huh so fish, not surprised. She approached me and sniffed me. No no more I said. I questioned why I didn't just kill it. I guess I just felt that they were not as bad as we thought, but of course their was no way I could convince the village to understand. I sighed and walked to a rock I could sit on, I started doodling on a rock. The silver fury walked over and practically blew away my drawing as she huffed. I scoffed " oh you don't like my drawing" I said retorichally. Groow she warbled. I started to head back to the cave, but before I knew it I was on  her back. "Woah, well I guess I should give you a name." Grooww she bounced happily. I struggled to hold on and said "let's brain storm. Let me warn you I am not very good with names. Uhh Silver Snow, Shera, Selba, oh how about Sylvia." "Groow" I heard a happy warble. "Alright Sylvia it is. Sylvia jumped so hard I fell off, woops. So now I headed back to the cave, but just before I laid down I heard. "Raven, Raven, where are you. My heart jumped, the village was looking for me. At first I was excited, they actually cared about me. But then I realized something, I was never happy their, the only true happiness I experienced was with Sylvia, their and then I decided that I was to fly away from here, live my life with Sylvia. I called Sylvia and said, "stay here I will be back by sunset and then we are going to fly away from this place." "Groow" she said worriedly, "you'll be fine I said." And at that I ran off with my axe. I snuck into the village and grabbed my sketch book, charcoal pencil, two daggers, a map, and a little bit of fish jerky. I threw it all into a saddle bag and threw it over my shoulder. I snuck out of the village and walked back to the cove, being careful not to leave a trail. I slid down the side of the wall and walked back to the cave, their Sylvia was laying down next to my switch axe. Hey girl I said jubilantly, her head perked up. She trotted towards me. I rubbed behind her ear. She started to purr and kick her leg, I rubbed hard and said, " oh you like that don't you." I smiled and then whispered in her ear, "we are leaving tonight at first dark so no one can see us." Until then I hopped on her back and we flew together around the cove for the first time. She flew silently and it felt so smooth and amazing, almost a given. By then the sun had set and it was almost dark. I was eager so I decided we could leave a little earlier, no one was watching. So we landed and I grabbed my switch axe and the saddle bag with my other things. I hopped onto her back and we lifted up in the air, but barely after we cleared the treeline we heard someone yell.

SILVER FURY! IT HAS RAVEN!
