Author's Note: Okay, this is my FIRST story. So, I apologize if it's bad, but don't hate. No one likes haters. I don't own any of the PJO/HoO Characters. All rights go to Rick Riordan. Also, if everything went right, I think there's a photo of Sebastian above ^^ OKIE? Let's hope so! Anyways, read on!

Sebastian's POV

"Okay, what do you want for breakfast?" my dad asked me. I opened my mouth to say what I wanted, when my mom walked in. She was holding my baby sister, Zoe.

"Perseus Jackson! How many times do I have to tell you? Kids can not have cookies for breakfast!" my mom says, catching my dad in the midst of handing me a sugar cookie. He quickly shoves it in his mouth, making me laugh. My mom sets Zoe down, and gives me a kiss on my cheek before giving my dad one.

"I'm running late for work, Percy, I trust that you can get the kids where they need to be." my mom says, raising her eyesbrows. My dad hesitates, before nodding.

"Of, course. Love you, bye!" he said, closing the door behind her. He turns to us, smiling. "Now, we eat two cookies!" he said, putting them on the plate. I laugh, taking a bite of one. My dad checks the time on his watch.

"Sebastian!" he yells, looking at me. "You have five minutes to get to school. Come on, hurry up, let's go." he said, throwing the plate in the sink. Suddenly, the phone rang. He answered it, swinging Zoe's diper bag onto his right shoulder.

His face turns white, and he stares at me in pure shock.

"Yes, I uh-what's happened?" he asked into the phone. He nods, but realizes that the person on the other end can't see him. So he replies with a yes. "Of course, I-I'll be there quickly."

He throws the phone onto the kitchen counter, and rushes out the front door. I follow closely at his feet.

"What's going on, daddy?" I ask. He stares at me.

"Annabeth, your mom, she's-"

That's when I wake up in a cold sweat. My pillow is soaked, and my mom opens the door.

"Nightmare?" she asks. I smile. She's still here.

"Yeah." I respond, breathing heavily.

"What was it about?" she asks nicely.

"Well, I was only young. Zoe was still a baby. But you-you left for work, and then dad got a call from someone, and he looked scared. He said your name, but he didn't finish his sentence before I woke up." I said. I noticed the scar she had, on her left temple. My mom nods her head, and purses her lips.

"I have to tell you about something." she says, sitting cross-legged at the edge of my bed. I nodded, waiting for her to start. She took a deep breath. "Sebastian, that dream that you had. It actually happened. At least, somewhat. That day I left for work, that's the day I got this." she said, pointing to the scar on her temple. I felt my eyes starting to get watery. "But I'm okay now." she quickly added.

"Wh-what happened to you?" I ask her. She took a deep breath.

"The barrier that protects Half-Blood City, it was broke. Monsters swarmed in, and I wasn't ready. It's ridiculous, really. But good advice. Always be ready. I love you, try to get more sleep." she said, kissing me on the forehead. She got up from my bed, and went to the door. "Goodnight." she said, before closing it.

I lay back down, and I try to go back to sleep.
