A/N: I'm bored so I'm editing left and right...asdfghjkl. There's a picture of Fiona to the side/top.
Sebastian's POV
I feel my dad's hand against my arm, probably going to leave a bruise by the way he grabbed me.
I pull my arm away. "What's wrong with you?" I ask him.
His eyes look like they turn darker. "Everything. Get to your lesson." he says. Before he can say anything else, I speak up.
"I don't allow anyone to talk to me that way. Not even my parents." I snap. I expected my dad to ground me, but he did something unexpected. He smirked.
"You're like me in so many ways, Sebastian." he said. "And one of those ways is how you think it's alright to skip things. This training will keep you alive."
Before I can even open my mouth, he continues. But first, he takes his famous sword, Riptide, out.
"Go to your lesson."
I decide to obey him...this time. Normally, I skip to hang out with my girlfriend, Fiona, but I don't see her anywhere. That's odd, normally she's right next to me.
"Hey, Water-Boy." I hear a familiar voice. Only one person calls me Water-Boy. Mary Jane.
"Hey, Mary-Jane." I say. She gives me a hug, but pulls away. That's all it is. Just friends, just hugs. This is my best friend we're talking about.
We walk to our first lesson, which we happen to have together. The whole time, I find myself looking around for Fiona. I don't see her, until we get to the Big House. I see her clearly. Very clearly. She's up against the side of the large, blue building. Her lips are connected with Hunter's. He's a son of Dionysus, but we call him Mr. D.
I stop walking, and Mary-Jane follows my line of vision. She gasps. She mutters a curse word, before storming towards them.
"Mary-Jane!" I yell. She doesn't turn around to look at me, she keeps going. She's so stubborn. That's what I like about her.
Wait, what?
I don't have feelings for Mary Jane...
do I?
