Chapter Four "Meeting The Crew" (Boy v.)

Your Point Of View:

Me and Leo were going through the city before we before made it to a dark alleyway. I look at him to see that he's looking around to make sure no one see's us before putting me down. "Alright, home sweet home." He said in a sweet way before he put me down. "What home? There's only an alley, not a house." He chuckled and said simply "You'll see soon." before he lifted a manhole cover and told me to follow him. "Why?" I asked him unease and a little bit scared before he said while holding out his hand "Do you trust me?" "What?" "Do you trust me?" I didn't know what to say at first, but the look in his eyes made my heart pound. Like in my dreams from last night. "YYYYeeess." I said before taking his hand and going down the sewers.

Oh boy, the smell is terrible. Like eating raw fish with a toothpick inside of it, while swimming inside of a garbage shoot. I can't stop gagging every five minutes, sometimes I gag ever two minutes. "You live- BLEH!- down here?" I ask him pinching my nose to block out the smell of piss and shit. "Yeah, I know it's like a huge toilet. But it's a lot more better where we're going to." I shake my head in disbelief. There's no way that something that goes into the sewers can smell good. I can't believe it in the slightest. As we get closer and closer to where were suppose to go to, I could see a bright light. That's my way of telling how close we were. Then I hear the sound of other people's voices. Okay, call me stupid, but the fact that there are other people here and he didn't tell me makes me feel unease. But, I guess since he's a mutant turtle he couldn't trust me. That's why I didn't say anything.

"Oh man, my brothers." He said in an annoyed way. Brothers? He didn't mention to me once that he has brothers, let alone that he's in a home where he shares the place with others. I still didn't say anything even though I wanted to ask him so badly, I was desperate. After we got to the place, I could see his brothers. It's not hard to see the family resemblance. There's a big snapping turtle with a red bandana, a box turtle with an orange bandana, and a soft shell turtle with a purple bandana. Man, what's with these boys and their bandanas? Leo cleared his throat making the boys look our way.

It took a minute until the box turtle started to make a "Aaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!" sound. The soft shell turtle then started to say "Well, we're screwed. Let's go watch a Lu Justs movie before we parish in Leo's mistake." That's when the snapping turtle yelled out "WHAT THE SHELL, LEO?!" Okay. We're definitely in big trouble. "Guys, I can explain." He said holding my hand. "This is [Your name]. [Your name], this is Donnie, Mikey, and Raph." He then said I should go sit on the couch till him and Raph were done talking. I did as I was told and quietly. That's when Mikey and Donnie came up to me and said "Are you Leo's boyfriend?" This question must've made me look like a red tomato, cause I felt the heat of my flush face come in at a thousand speed. "I'M NOT DATING HIM! HE'S JUST A FRIEND!"

They looked at me and laughed their asses off. "We were just asking a question, man." Mikey said patting my back before asking me "So, why are you here? We only have one human friend, and she's not here right now. Unless you're secretly APRIL IN DISGUISE!" I rolled my eyes and said "I'm not any April you know. I'm [Your name] [Your last name], and I'm here cause of.....my parents. My dad's abusive to me, and my mother won't do anything to stop it." They look at me with sympathetic looks and hugged me. "You'll be okay, [Your name]. You're gonna have fun here!" Mikey said making me laugh. "I guarantee you that you'll have the most fun with me 1.20 percent." I giggled at that before seeing their faces. They were red, and that's interesting when it's a turtle.

"You two okay?" They nodded in response before asking me a thousand questions. "Do you like pizza?" "Do you have a phone? We can exchange numbers." "What's your favorite color?" "Are you dating anyone? Are they good to you?" I blush cause of that question and say "No no no, I'm not dating anyone. My favorite color is [Your favorite color]. I lost my phone. Well, more like I got rid of it so my parents can track me down. And yeah I like pizza." That's when I noticed Leo come in. He didn't look happy. Infact, he actually looked extremely pissed and yet tried to hide it. Maybe it was something Raph said? "Your gonna be staying here, [Your name]. So, since we don't have any extra rooms, you'll have to pick a room to sleep."

I thought about it for a minute before saying "I'll take.....the couch?" Leo didn't say anything at first, but then said in an excited tone "Okay!" while putting his two thumbs up. He and his brothers helped me unpacked, but I don't think he wanted them to help me because he insisted that he'd help me alone. But I said that their help was needed, and he let them help. Maybe he just wants to keep me a distance from his brothers? No, not him. He's helped me out before, and he's allowed me to sleep in his home. Maybe he just wants me to get comfortable with his help personally.....right?

BTW: this part of the story is actually what was happening in the girl version of this chapter. I just wanted the part where Raph and Leo fight to stay in that part of the story. This time I put the part where the reader is becoming fast friends with Donnie and Mikey to be relevant in this version.
