Troian is coming today with her adopted daughter, Adriennne. I heard that she has some trust issues, but is really fun and sweet. Apparently, she has some social anxiety and has anorexia, so I have to be careful in that area. They should be landing in about thirty minutes."Chris! Come on! We have to pick them up from the airport.

We hop into the car and drive to the airport with Annilie in the backseat.
"Troian!" I yells, running towarda her. A small girl with beautiful dark grown hair stands best to her."And you must be Adrienne. It's so nxe to meet you! I'm Trojan." Of course she's Adrienne.
She looks slightly annoyed."Unless there's another Adrienne that I don't know about, yes I'm Adrienne. I wish I could say the same. You must be the Ancient Tragedy." Well that stung.
After a few more comments, we head towards the car. I turn around and see Troian yelling at Adrienne. The ride home is silent. Adrienne seems to be tearing up. She looks at Annilie and smiles shyly.

We walk into my house. Adrienne bites her lip awkwardly. Troian gives her a death glare and pushes her towards me."Yeah, sweetie?" I ask.

"I-I'm sorry I w-was such a-a bitch earlier. I-I don't know what g-got into m-me." She looks at the floor. I feel bad for the kid.

"It's okay, love. Why don't I bring you up to your room and we can go around town. That sound good? I could show you all of my favorite places." I ask.

"Um, sure. You'll have to ask Troian though. She's pretty pissed." Adrienne replies.I smile.

"I'll take care of her." I take her to the guest room and head over to Troian. "Troian, is it alright if Adrienne and I have a little day out?"

She looks shocked"Trojan, you don't have to. I'm sending her back home tomorrow." Troian says. She's sending her home tomorrow? Not on my watch.

"No! You can't send her home! I want to do this for her." I shout.

"Fine. But make sure she eats. If she refuses, bring her right back here." I nod.

        "Adrienne! Let's go!" I shout.
