Tom's view;
Me & Joey go up to the counter & ordered 2 hot chocolates, 1 coffee, a glass of water & 3 slices of cake.
"That's £8.50 please" said the young girl behind the counter. I look through my pockets & pull out a £10 note & told the girl to keep the change.
"This is taking forever. I could have been to France & back. What's taking so long.." I moaned.
"Seriously. You're so impatient, we've been waiting for 5 minutes!"
"5 minutes too long joey. 5 minutes too fucking long"
I turn to the counter & Joey leans his back against the table, I feel this nudge on my arm.
"Oi, who's that?"
"I don't know, a friend I guess? They have been here a month longer than us. We only got here today."

The young girl comes back with the coffee & hot chocolates & apologises for the long wait.
"I'm sorry, ill just get you your 3 slices of cake"
All of a sudden I hear a loud scream coming from Demi.
"Get off me! Please! Stoop!" She shouts
"Get off her Jeff! You can't do that" Lexi screams.
I turn around to see this mans hand wrapped around Demi's wrist tightly. Tears running down Demi's face & both her & Lexi look scared. He starts to pull her out of the door. I run & remove his arms around from her wrists & step in front of him.

"What do you think you are doing?" He says with his deep, husky voice that doesn't match his appearance.
"What does it look like I'm doing? Leave her alone" I tell him.
I'm pushed out the way, my anger levels increase. His hands wraps around her wrists again & he pulls her. I look at Joey who's nodding to me, he knows I want to punch him. It's like I'm asking for his permission, he gave it anyway. So I swing my arm around & my hands meets his face, pushing him to fall backwards letting go off Demi. Demi rushes to her feet & goes with Lexi to Joey. As Jeff recovers himself he looks at me.
"You just made a big mistake my friend, a very big mistake" he says in a threading voice. It might scare others, but it's not scaring me. He goes to punch me, but I block him with my arms, I bring my knee up & knee him where is hurts, I would know. I then punch his jaw & he falls down again.

I leave him there & tell the others to come. We all leave the café & I start to wonder, did Demi know something was going to happen? She didn't want to go in there for a reason, why was that? All these thoughts rushing through my head. I don't know what to think, I just need a good nights sleep. It's been a long ass day.

We walk the girls back to there dorm which is 2 minutes away from ours, then go back to ours. I jump on my bed, kick my shoes off & undress to my boxers & I'm asleep.
