Chapter 17

After a long chase, Lysander sighs in relief when he sees Jane stop. They arrive at an cliff, with Jane and Storm standing near the edge of the cliff, too close for his comfort. He moves forward only to stop when Jane begins undressing behind her horse. He shifts back into his human form after a minute of just staring at the smirk on her face. Now there they stand, naked, blocked from each other's views because of Storm, who is standing in between them.

"Why did you undress?" He asks, his mind totally blocking out all thoughts he might be having, because of the lust that made his body tingle. Blake on the other side doesn't care at all as to why this beautiful woman in front of him undressed, in his mind, she does them a favor. Instead of wanting to approach her slowly, like Lysander wants to, he just wanted to teleport by her side and have his dirty way with her but just as Blake gains enough control to just do that, he gets stopped by the beauty's voice.

"Ah, ah! " She says while shaking her head slowly, in a disapproving way. "You my dear have the chance to win a date with me, but if you rush to me now, that chance will be gone. Interested? " She smiles lightly. He speaks: "What do I have to do? " His voice turned a tone deeper, darker, showing that she was not only talking to Lysander, but to Blake too. "Jump with me! " She replies in a light voice, if not a whisper. After a few seconds of being shocked because of the words she spoke, Lysander's face turns into a heartwarming smile, making Jane's heart skip a beat. "To jump from a cliff for a date with you?..." - He asks, all traits of Blake gone.. for now at least - "... Is that all I have to do? " He continues, while they both break into laughter. "Yeah, that's my only condition, and..." - she waits a few seconds before giving him a blindfold - "... and this. " - "Why the.." - "Don't ask me yet! " He looks at her skeptically, a frown covering his face but as soon as Jane says a little "please?" it vanishes.

He sighs, then puts the blindfold on, much to Blake's dissatisfaction. " She's ours, we can always look at her body. " Lysander ignores him, because he agrees with him. Still, if it is her wish, he will make her happy. He flinches a little when he feels a pair of delicate hands on his face but then relaxes, feeling little tingles erupt where the hands touch, telling him that it was his mate who touches him. He feels her touch his lips in a caressing way, then almost falls to his knees when he feels her lips touch his, only lightly, not enough for him. He knows that he would never get enough of that in the future. But before he can pull her against him, to show her how much he loves her, she pulls away, making him growl loudly. He feels a little insecure about not feeling her at his side, while having a blindfold on, so he relaxes entirely when he feels her hand touch his. "You sure you want to do this? " -"Absolutely. " He answers her question and those were the last words being spoken before they jumped.

Lysander's P.O.V.

I am terrified when we jump down. I have never done this with a blindfold on and that means to just depend on Jane and it's not like I don't respect that, but the Alpha wolf inside me doesn't agree entirely with the stunt I am pulling, but I can't even concentrate on his nagging because the next thing I feel is ice cold water as we "take a bath". To say that I am scared shitless is an understatement, being in cold water and my soulmate..that's when I realize that she isn't here, by my side, she could be here though, the water must have washed her scent away but nonetheless I am scared. I am just about to rip that stupid blindfold of off my eyes and almost moan in relief when I feel her hands touch my face again, only this time she removes the blindfold and what I see makes me realise, that if I hadn't been in love with this woman already, this would've done it for me. She is in front of me, only a few inches away from my face, her eyes glistening just like the water itself, her face, turned into a breathtaking smile, as she stares at me, adoration and love clear in her eyes. Her eyes get wide, probably because of my staring. "Hey is something..." - I cut her off by slamming my lips to her's. I can't help myself she is just too beautiful for someone to resist her. I put all of my emotions into the kiss: The love I feel for her in this right moment and always will, the loneliness I've felt without her, the lust and much more. I just can't believe that I've found her, my soulmate.

She pulls me out of my thoughts by pulling away, so that we can catch our breaths. "Congratulations! " Her voice sounds breathless and husky, making me want to kiss her again but I control myself. We move out of the water, when I realize that we are both still naked and of course I am taking the opportunity to stare at her beautiful body or at least I thought so because as soon as we leave the water, she shifts into her wolf. It disappoints me a little bit but when I see her wolf, I start to feel like a sixteen year old girl in love. Her wolf looks exactly like my own only a bit smaller, her black fur shining. I take my time in looking at her, taking in every detail and soon realising that she her left ear is white just like my right one, showing everyone that we belong together. I am in the midst of admiring her cute little body when she suddenly licks my leg. I look down to her and just ask: "What's wrong, love? " She looks like she struggles with something but then just growls and starts moving into the forest. I start laughing when I realize that she has trouble communicating with me trough the mind link. "Is it this you have trouble with? " She turns to me and growls again. "Just think what you want to say. " I instruct her. " ..How should I do that you stupid idiot? " - "Just like that.." I growl - "Oh, sorry. Can we go? I don't want to leave Storm alone for too long. " Soon I also shift and then we start making our way to Storm.
