Sorry again for the lack of updates, a lot of things have happened lately, but I won't get too far into that. But hey, we're over 500 followers! That's epic!!! I feel like I should do something for that 😅 face reveal maybe? Enjoy another chapter with some softness!-A.B.

Theo's POV

I could feel eyes on me before I woke up, but it wasn't really a concern in my mind, considering I did fall asleep with two people. Taking in a deep breathe, I inhaled a familiar scent that relaxed me even further.

I felt a large hand run fingers through my hair, and I groaned in pleasure. Provoked by my provocative sound, the fingers continued their assault on my scalp, even scratching slightly to force more embarking noises out of me.

I nearly fell back asleep, when a whisper of a voice sounded in my ear, "Rise and shine, Sweetheart." I was tempted to ignore the voice and fall back into another heavenly nap, when the scalp massage stopped.

I frowned, scrunching up my brows in annoyance. Determined to make sure the massage didn't end, I reached behind my head, finding the large aliens hand resting in his lap. I grab it and pull it back onto my head and tell him, "Five more minutes."

I hear chuckles from both the man by my head, and other by my feet, but the laughs didn't sound like Zek's or Nadi's, these were a little deeper, older. Definitely Mal and Vel. But where did Zek and Nadi go?

"Tell you what, little one, you open those pretty blue eyes for me, and I'll play with your hair as long as you like." The voice by my head, I now recognized as Mal, said.

My eyes shot open, knowing better than to refuse an offer like that.

Grinning widely, Mal continued the massage, "Good morning, how was your nap?" He asked.

"It was good, how long was I asleep?" I asked, sitting up and stretching my arms straight up, effectively making my back pop.

Mal thought for a second, then said, "A little over three of Terra's "hours".

"Three hours? I've never napped that long in my life! Recently I barely even sleep that long." I say surprised.

"I wouldn't worry about it, Castilla's rotations are longer than Terra's, do it would translate to closer to two hours , which is perfectly reasonable considering the past few weeks you've had." Vel says, making his presence known.

"I guess that's reasonable." I reply. "Where are Zek and Nadi? They were here with me when I fell asleep."

Mal and Vel make eye contact, then Mal says, "They had an issue to take care of, but they won't be long."

I was about about to ask what the issue was, but Vel spoke first, "How about we take a tour of our home? I have a feeling you'll get tired of getting lost pretty quickly."

I think for a second, then agree, and then off on our tour we went.

~

Their home was nothing short of breathtaking.

From elaborately designed bedrooms, to delicate pieces of art on the walls, everything was beautiful and amazing. We explored the castle til I saw every room down every hall. Even some of the weirder rooms that were a little scary, like the medical room, with odd alien equipment, or the room filled with nothing but computer- like machines, I was shown. There seemed to be no secrets between the brothers and me, and I liked that.

We finished the tour in what seemed to be a four-seasons room. It was dome-shaped, and a majority of the room with glass panes, showing the beautiful scenery outside. It was similar too earth, at least from a distance, I'm sure up close some of the flora and fauna would be different, and everything seemed a little paler, not necessary less vivid, almost just like everything was closer to pastel colors. A look up to the sky answered the question on my mind, as it was quite cloudy. I could barely make out the this worlds sun, amongst the shadowy grayness that was amassed, but it wasn't as ominous as I would have thought.

Vel must have noticed my staring, and said, "Castilla is a very cold planet naturally. I don't know if you have noticed, but Castillans body temperature is quite warm, an adaption to our climate."

I blushed, knowing very well he knew I knew how warm he and his brothers were. I caught him smirking slightly, despite me trying my best to keep my face out of his line of sight so the pinkness in my cheeks wasn't so obvious. I ask, "Is it always this cold and cloudy? I mean, I don't mind it, I was just wondering-" I quickly add, not wanting to sound rude, but Vel saves me from embarrassment.

"No, this is our cold season, the weather will get warmer, but it will rain a lot more. But despite the coldness, most of the flowers are never out of bloom." Vel now dawned a pleasant little smile on his face, fondness making him glow, "It's one of my favorite things about Castilla. It's always blooming, full of life."

"That's beautiful." I say. And I really meant it. "Could we go out there sometime? I'd like to see them up close."

He looked down and directed his smile to me, "Of course, I would love nothing more." He reaches up and ran a finger over my forehead, brushing a dark curl out of my eye, his long gray fingers linger.

We stood like that for only a few minutes, but it felt like forever. Neither of us moved, we barely breathed.

I could have stayed like that, totally entranced, but he broke the silence far to soon, "I would love to keep you all to myself, but Mal went to go get Nadi and Zek for dinner, and I have a feeling they won't want to wait for long."

I think of reached the max level of soft chapters I can squeeze in 😳 next chapter will probable be a little on the rougher side, but the plots gotta go somewhere eventually! Hope you guys enjoy, let me know what you think! I've loved reading all the comments 😂-A.B.
