Seven's POV

Rose and I have gotten so close. Whenever she's around, it's like every problem I have goes away. She was everything I ever dreamed about.

Tonight's the night I'm gonna put a ring on it. I know we haven't been together that long, but the thing is, ever since I was 15 years old, I couldn't get this girl outta my head. I've wanted this from the moment I picked her up in that alley.

I called her and told her to get dressed. I told her she didn't have to get flashy with it; all she had to do was put on something nice.

I put on some True Religion jeans and a blue Polo shirt. I threw on my timberlands and I was set. I grabbed her gifts and headed to the restaurant. I told her to meet me there.

Her first gift was going to be this brand new, 2029 cocaine white Tesla. It had white chromed out rims on it. When she pulled up to the restaurant, she's gonna flip out. I found out this was her dream car during one of our pillow talks.

It was 7:00 so Rose should be pulling up soon. I was checking my phone and when I looked up Rose was coming towards me. She had on a blue bodycon dress and some white Christian Louboutin pumps. Her hair was wavy down her back. She was sexy as hell.

"Hey baby," she said.

"Hey, beautiful. You look beautiful. Look at you tryna match my fly."

She blushed and held her head down. SMACK! "Dammit, Nick!" She whined. "That hurt!"

"You held your head down. You know my rule." I smiled at her.

"A Tesla? That's a nice car. I love that white." She admired the car. "This is an amazing car, Nick!"

I handed her the keys and I said, "It's yours."

She started screaming. "Really? Thank you babe!" She ran to my arms and hugged me.

"Come on baby," I said. "We got reservations tonight."

We walked inside Mama Jo's. This restaurant was was named after Neal's mother. She had the best damn cooking in town. I mean my mama can throw down too, but not like Mama Jo.

There standing at the door was Jocelyn, Mama Jo's daughter. We had a thing going a while back, but I haven't done anything with her in over a year or since I got with Rose.

"Wow," Jocelyn said. "Hey, Luck. Long time; no see."

Rose cocked her head at me. "What's up, Jocelyn," I said. "Meet my girlfriend, Rose."

Jocelyn rolled her eyes. "Yeah, whatever. When are you coming back by the house? We miss you."

When it's all said and done, I'ma handle this bitch. She's purposely fucking with Rose.

"Is my table ready?" I asked her.

"Well, of course," she smiled. "Follow me."

"Nawl, I'm good. I can take it from here." I grabbed Rose by the hand and led her upstairs.

"What was all of that about?" Rose asked me.

"We can talk about that later. Right now I wanna focus on you."

We went into my private room upstairs and it was decorated just the way I wanted it. Aside from Jocelyn's ass, my staff here is pretty cool and laid back.

"It's beautiful in here, Nick. What's the occasion?"

"You," I said. "Tonight we're gonna celebrate you."

I pulled her chair out so she could take a seat. I preordered our meal for tonight. I ordered two porterhouses steaks with steamed broccoli and loaded baked potatoes. Even in Mama Jo's absence, this food was still on point.

"This food is amazing," she said. "What made you do this?"

"I just wanna do something nice for you. I wanna be the one that continues to make you smile."

"Well, you're definitely doing that." she smiled.

"I got you some more stuff," I told her.

"You gotta stop spoiling me, Nick," she rolled her eyes. I know she can get her own stuff, but I enjoy spending money on her.

"Whatever," I said to her. "Open your first gift." I said handing her a bag.

She opened the bag, and inside was the keys to a new house. "What are these for?"

"Those are to our new home," I smiled.

"Our?"

"Yeah, because with this next gift, I'm sure we'll be together always," I gave her a little hint.

Her eyes got big. "What are you saying?"

I pulled out her engagement ring from my pocket. I got down on one knee. "I knew from the moment I saw you, I would love you for the rest of my life. When I saw you in that alley, I was so afraid I would lose you. I was a fool to walk away from you. Now that I have you back, I never wanna lose you again. Rose Chanel Gardens, will you marry me?"

She had tears in her eyes. "Yes, Dominic! Yes, I'll marry you!"

I placed the ring her finger, and she jumped into my arms. I was the happiest man alive right now. Nothing or no one could ruin what we have.
