A/N: I know it's late but I do hope you enjoyed! I had fun writing this and frankly hope it isn't too cheesy, thank you for reading! Do enjoy.

" William- get down here young man!" Eliza yelled relatively softly at the young boy standing on the railing of the staircase, his tongue sticking out in a mocking way. The little boy, supposedly William, jumped from the railing running back farther in the house cackling. Eliza sighed her husband, Hamilton pecking her cheek which calmed her. Hamilton held Philip II, better known as Lil' Phil, " Kids, the photographer can't wait all day, " Hamilton joked lightly.

" uggghh, stop touching my hair, " Philip groaned as Alexander Jr. tugged at his hair, " nope!" Alex cackled, " Father tell Alex to stop touching me!" Hamilton sighed, " Philip he's younger than you, he doesn't know any better, " Hamilton walked over picking up Alex even though he was still rather tall, Alex pouted but didn't argue or struggle as he was lifted and carried off. " Faaattthhher, W-William tore my d-d-dreeesss, " Eliza jr. sobbed running towards Hamilton showing the torn and burnt section in her teal skirt.

" Oh, dear... Betsy, did you bring a spare skirt just in case? " Hamilton asked a little rushed to Eliza, " um, I'll check the carriage dear, " Eliza responded nodding softly and them rushing her own way to the carriage. " H-hey!" Hamilton turned towards the sound, there sat James sitting on the ground reaching out for the book taken from his hands, " Give it back Alex." Hamilton looked to his side and there Alex was no longer. James reached for the book standing up, and Alex made a running start away from. James who adjusted his glasses running after Alex, not reaching the same speed as the athletic Alex.

" Kids calm down please, Alex gives James his book!" Hamilton demanded as any father would, Alex them hid behind the large tree in the corner of the room, " nuh-uh, " Alex replied with a cheeky grin, " Alex, give him the book right now or no Christmas gifts! " Hamilton took a few steps towards Alex who then started to ball his eyes out behind the tree upon the threat of no gifts. Hamilton rushed to the side of the tree not being able to reach Alex behind the small space, James stood teary-eyed at the other end arms crossed. " Alex just give James the book you'll get your gifts, alright?" Hamilton tried to reason.

Alex turned away mumbling, he sniffled and whipped his tears going out from behind the tree giving James his book who snatched it and stomped off. Alex turned to Hamilton wide-eyed and teary, " I-I'm getting my gifts now r-right?" Alex stammered hopefully, Hamilton sighed but smiled, " Yes Alex, " Alex smiled brightly, " Good!" he then trotted off to find more mischief, no longer crying but tear tracks down his face, Hamilton could only wonder if he was faking or not.

Clank, clank, Hamilton turned around almost at his wit's end, there laid the metal star on the ground from the top of the Christmas tree, Hamilton was so thankful that it wasn't damaged, but when he looked up he saw little toddler William, trying to get to the tip of the tree from the railing with his tongue sticking out as he focused. " William! Stop! Stop what you're going right now young man or there will be dire consequences! William! Are you listening to?!" Hamilton beckoned up to William his mouth half cuffed with the hand he didn't use to carry Philip II, as if on cue, baby Philip II started to wail, " no-no baby sh!" Hamilton started up a lullaby but stopped once he saw William from the corner of his eye one foot on the tip of the tree, he had his sister Angelica and brother Alex cheering him on.

" William so help me!- " Hamilton snapped, Hamilton turned towards Philip and rushed towards him handing off baby Philip II, " Wha-" Philip begrudgingly took the baby, " Hello?..." Philip whispered to the new wailing child in his arms. Hamilton scrambled up the wooden stairs almost tripping on the last one. Hamilton approached William like a wild animal, " William, get back here now, " that phrase only seems to quicken the young boy's haste to get on top that tree. Hamilton gave up on the slow approach he was taking and eventually ran towards William, William made a jump only to be caught by his father, who brought him back from over the ledge of the balcony.
