Austin's POV
Tonight, Ruby and I are managing Liv and Sarah against Mandy Rose and Sonya Deville. What I really don't understand is that they have two heel teams facing off against each other. But whatever. It's showtime.
About twenty minutes into a good match, Sonya knocked Liv off the apron and I caught her bridal style. She looked into my eyes. She nodded and me and I let her down. Sarah kicked Sonya in the stomach and hit her with her cartwheel leg drop. She covered and got the win.
We got to the back. "That was awesome Sarah!" I said as she smiled brightly at me. "Thank you. I've been working on that since I first started training." She said. "What about me Austin?" Liv pouted playfully. "You did great too sweetheart." I said. "So where shall we go for dinner guys?" Ruby asked. "Outback? On me?" I asked. "Awww that's so sweet of you!" Liv yelled before attacking me with a hug. I smiled and shook my head before walking to our locker room.
We had dinner and I drove us back. "So are we watching movies tonight?" Liv asked. "Movies? Hell no. We gotta be up early for a flight." Ruby said as Sarah agreed. Liv turned to me. She batted her eyelashes at me. "Austin, will you please watch movies with me?" She asked. Ruby shook her head and smiled knowing that Liv always gets her way. "Fine. Come up to my room and we can watch movies." I said. I hugged Ruby and Sarah goodnight and we headed up to my room. "Go ahead and put on the T.V. while I shower." I said. "I call showering after you!" She yelled out. I laughed. "There is nobody else in here." I said laughing.
I got out and saw that she was struggling with the T.V. She hit the remote. "Come on! Work you stupid remote!" "The shower's all yours. Do you want me to see if I can get the T.V. to work while you are in there?" She nodded and handed me the remote. Just taking one look at the damn thing I knew what the problem was.
Liv came out in her robe. "You fixed it?" She asked surprised. "Yeah the problem was the cable box was off." I said. "Oh." She said as she sat down right next to me. She laid her head down on my shoulder. "I'm guessing that your T.V. at home is different?" I asked. She nodded. "Very." She said. "Let's put on a horror movie!" She yelled. I shook my head and laughed. "Alright." I said as I put one on. "How are you feeling? Sore?" I asked her. She shook her head. "I didn't really take that much punishment tonight. Sarah took the worst of it. Especially since you caught me when Sonya knocked me off the apron. How the hell did you do that?" She asked. I smirked. "Reflexes." I said showing off. She laughed and shook her head. "I meant to ask how your bruises were healing after being in the ring with Braun." She asked. "They're healing alright. After that match even though I won, I felt like I was hit by a semi truck." I muttered. "Aw poor baby." She said as she kissed my temple. I smiled at that. We were at the point in the movie where we both knew that a jump scare was coming up. It came and Liv shrieked and buried her face in my shoulder. I kissed her on the head. "Hey it's okay. It's just a movie." I cooed in her ear. "Do you wanna just turn this off?" I asked her and she shyly nodded her head. I got up and turned the T.V. off. "Do you wanna stay here tonight?" I asked her. She nodded again. "I can take the floor and you can take the bed if you want." I said. She shook her head. "I'm not gonna kick you out of your own bed." She said as she pulled me down to the bed. I shook my head and smiled. I pulled her a bit closer. "Night Liv." She looked up and smiled at me. "Night Austin."
