Austin's POV
The Squad and I have a week off heading into the week before Wrestlemania. So we decided to take advantage of it. Do things that we normally wouldn't be able to do. That starts today. Sarah and I have been talking about going camping and we are finally doing it. I pulled into the campsite that Sarah had reserved and looked around impressed. She had already set up a lot. I parked and got out of the car to meet up with her. I was attacked with a hug. I chuckled. "Hey Sarah." I said to her smiling. "I'm so glad you're here." She said and I smiled. "Like I was going to miss this. You've already set up a lot. I hope I didn't keep you waiting to long." I said as she shook her head. "I just go here ten minutes ago." She said and I chuckled. "And you already got all of this set up? Color me impressed. But not surprised." I said as she smiled at me. "You know we've been planning this for months, I wanted it to be perfect." I smiled and winked at her. "Just you being here already made it perfect. So what's first?" She smiled and handed me a bow. "This. Let me see what you got." She said winking at me and motioned towards the target. "Alright. But it's been a while since I shot a bow so don't judge me." I said as she chuckled. I picked up and arrow, pulled back, and completely fucking missed. "Well shit." I laughed. I could tell Sarah was trying not to laugh. I smirked at her. "Told you I'm rusty." I said as I picked up another arrow. "So how are you feeling about Wrestlemania?" She asked knowing that they had decided to change my match with Bray to a hell in a cell match. I huffed and released the arrow. Almost a bulls eye. "I guess I should be thanking Hunter." I muttered as I grabbed another arrow. "I get my hands on Wyatt and in a Hell in a Cell no less? But even thinking about that motherfucker gets me pissed off." I muttered as I shot another arrow and hit the target. She nodded understanding. "Well we're not going to let Bray ruin this. Not after all the fun things I have planned." She said smiling at me. I smiled and handed her the bow. "Let's see what you got." She smirked. "Are you sure?" She asked and I nodded as I took the arrows out of the target. "Alright you asked for it." She said as she pulled the bow back. Sure as shit three arrows and three bulls eyes. She smiled in victory and put the bow down. "Well shit." I chuckled. "I'm definitely not surprised." I said as she smiled brightly. We had a really fun day that included ax throwing, and fishing. "We should probably get this tent set up before it gets dark huh?" I asked as she nodded. I started to look at the instructions. "Okay I think I have an idea on-" I looked up and she already had the tent up. "What the hell?" I asked laughing. "I looked away for ten seconds and you already had the tent up!" She smiled brightly. "Me and my family used to do this all the time. We'd have competitions to see who could set up their tent the quickest." "Well damn. I'm impressed." "Thanks! Keep buttering me up and I'll make you the best pie of your life.
A couple of hours later, we decided that it was time to go to sleep. But the thing that we did not account for, is that it got significantly colder once the sun went down. "I'm sorry Austin. If I would've known I would've brought a heater. I just hope this hasn't ruined the day." She said sighing. "Are you kidding? This is the most fun I've had in a while!" I said to her smiling. "You know, if you're cold, you could get closer." I said quietly. She looked behind me and smiled before moving closer. I put my arms around her. She chuckled. "Good night Austin." She whispered as she closed her eyes. I smiled and kissed her on the cheek. "Good night Sarah."
A couple of days later I dropped Sarah off at her house with all of her camping stuff. I helped her get her camping stuff out of my car and put it in her garage. "So hey Sarah I gotta head out. I'll see you on Tuesday alright?" She smiled and nodded. "Tell Dori and Gionna that I said hi." She said as she brought me in for a hug and kissed me on the cheek. "Definitely. See you in a few days!" I said as I waved goodbye and got into my car.
I flew into Lafayette, Indiana to spend the day and night with Ruby. She said she had a surprise for me. I chuckled thinking about it. I can only imagine what she has planned for me. I pulled up to her house in my rental car and knocked at the door. She quickly opened it. "Hey Austin!" She said as she hugged me. I chuckled and wrapped my free arm around her. "How's my rock star?" I asked as she grinned at me. "Great now that you're here." She winked at me. "What's that?" She asked as she noticed that there was something in my hand. I held up a six pack of beer. "I know you're not a flower person and I wanted to bring you something so I hope this is okay." I said as she smiled brightly. "It's more than okay, come on in Austin." She said as she moved aside to let me in to her house. "So what's this surprise you've been hyping up?" I asked as she grinned. She grabbed an envelope off her table. "Check it out." She said handing it to me as I put the beer in her fridge. "Is that what I think it is?" I asked as I pulled the tickets out. "Yep." She smiled. "Tickets to Disturbed." "That's so awesome!" I said as I brought her in for a hug. Disturbed is the band that did my entrance music The Vengeful One. "Well showtime is in about an hour you wanna go?" She asked. I nodded. "This is going to be a lot of fun." I said as we went out to the car.
