Chapter Eighteen

"Now, listen up cadet," Namjoon began, standing straighter as he brought his teaching stick closer to the chalkboard behind him which he had.. quite honestly scribbled things on, "step one of becoming a vampire.."

I rolled my eyes, having to listen to whatever the dimpled male had to say.

"Dont bite every single creature that has blood. Sometimes certain blood can be bad for you," he raised an eyebrow, looking down at me as he moved his teaching stick towards a chalk drawn picture of what appeared to be Tae biting some human, "such as well, rabbits, deers and crabs— i mean, how could you do that?! Ahem, anyways. Too much blood can be bad for your diet too, where you might be so used to having blood, minutes without it could drive you insane."

I nodded my head, squinting as i listened carefully to his words. I would laugh to myself from the events that unfolded yesterday with yoongi and i but i kept silent. well, before i felt a presence beside me- resulting in my head immediately turning to them. It was the man himself, leaning against the sofa i was sitting on with his arms pressed against it, a small curious smirk displayed on his pale face from Namjoon's lesson, "i see youre teaching her a few things?"

Namjoon fixated the glass-less glasses he was wearing which sat on the bridge of his nose snuggly, looking over at Yoongi with an upturned head, "yes indeed i am. What are you doing interrupting my class?"

The black haired male just laughed, standing up straight to walk away, but not before snaking his hand around to my neck, softly withdrawing them away from my skin as he walked away. i leaned my head towards his touch, smiling a little before his fingertips left my skin and he was then gone off to his room. Namjoon cleared his throat, looking down at me with squinted eyes, "step two. Know your weaknesses and strengths. As all of us vampires have a weakness to pure silver, know not to touch an object made of it. Of course, from my speculations, you seen to have a strength in- well, combat."

"You think so?" I cocked my head to the side in curiosity, as the elder smiled with furrowed eyebrows, his pointing stick moving down to a drawing of a hand holding what i presumed to be a pure silver object, just something he scribbled, while the hand burning from the touch of it.

"Step three, know how to dispose of another vampire. As you've probably known, you must burn the body of another vampire in order to fully dispose of it," the male added with a sigh, pointing to his next image of a body laying in flames. It weirdly made me wince at the sight of it. But it wasnt new to me- it was what i did to Sehun, right?

"But wait. Namjoon, what happened at the castle. How did..." i trailed off, gulping as i looked off towards somewhere else. Namjoon raised an eyebrow before gasping quietly and dropping his pointing stick and immediately picked up a piece of white chalk, swiftly drawing some diagram of something.

"Now, my dear Y/N, what happened was; Queen Everlandy managed to spear through many bodies of everyone, correct?"

I bit my bottom lip, recounting the horrific images i had seen...

"I dont think i told you this but, as the Queen hadnt burnt their bodies, they were able to recover after the spear left them. Although, for Hyuna and Jackson... yes they were still alive but, they still suffered from their injuries," he explained, looking over at me to see my surprised state.

"That makes sense then..." i muttered under my breath, "is there anything left youd like to tell me?"

"Yes."

"What is it?"

"How youre Queen Celestia's daughter."

"Im what?"
