"We bought food" jack yelled as he opened the door
Everyone was gathered around the coffee table ready to eat.
" hey Mia can come over here for a second" jack asked
I placed the bag of food at the table and walked toward jack. He stopped as soon as he made it into the kitchen and he turned towards me.
"Do you know Zach has a crush on you right?" He whispered
"What, no he doesn't" I told him in denial
"Oh come on of course he does, every time he gets a crush on a girl he does anything to spend time with her and he always tries to talk to her"
"So.."
" so Mia I'm telling he has a crush on you, i can prove it"
"How?"
"Turn around real quick and you'll see him staring at us right now because we're talking and we're alone together"
I slowly turned my head and instantly regretting it. He was right Zach was staring at us, he was giving jack a dirty look.while everyone else was enjoying their food he staring at us with a serious look.
" it doesn't matter he can't like me. Okay he just can't, not like that. No one, especially someone like can like him okay, so whatever you say is not going to make me believe it,"
"Mia wait, I didn't mea-"
"I-I need- I just need some air" I said walking outside.
