"I think we should talk" zach said as i sat up.
"Zach i really don-" i started
"Mia please" he cut me off
"I dont think there's anything to say" i said getting up and walking away.
"Can you at least explain?" He grabbed my arm.
"Zach, i cant" i answered
"Mia i want to be with you, and i know you want tye same thing"
"You dont know what i want"
"Then tell me, tall to me please"
"I- i can't"
"Why not, there has to be a reason to why you said no." He continued.
"I cant tell you anything"
"Mia everything was great between us, please just tell me"
"Zach i already told you i can't"
"Why not, why cant you tell me."
"I just cant" i continued.
"Mia youre making this too hard, just tell me."
"Because i dont deserve you" i blurted out.
"What?" He asked
"I dont deserve you, zach look at yourself. Youre amazing, talented, handsome. You deserve to be with someone thinner, pretty, and talented. Someone who isnt insecure. Zach we cant be together. We wouldnt last a month. You'd find someone better and leave me for her. And i dont want to wait around for that to happen." I said as tears formed in my eyes.
"Why would you say that?" He asked
"Beacause im broken. Ive always been broken. And youre not. So zach just leave everything the way it is, i cant be fixed. You dont deserve to go through the trouble to try and fix something unfixable." I answered
"Who told you that?" He questioned
"It doesnt matter"
"Mia who told you?"
"Sky, the phone call i got before dinner it was her." I answered.
"Mia-"he started coming closer. "You are not broken. You are amazing, talented,gorgeous, and i dont care about the way you look. I fell for you because of the way you are. The way you care about your friends. The way you play with fingers when you get nervous. The way you use songs to express the way you feel. The faces you make when you're reading a good book. I love everything about you. The way you look has nothing to do with that. And if you still think youre broken. Mia at some point we all are. And the people we have around us help us fix that.we dont stay broken forever. So let me help you. i love you, every inch of you, and i want to be you. Not for a week, a month, or even a year, i want always and forever. Because i love you. And i know you love me too. Just let show you that i love you" he said as placed his hands on my cheek and pressed his lips against mine.
"So what do you say?" He asked as he pulled away and held my hands.
"Do you still have the ring?" I answered with a question.
"Always" he answered taking it out of his pocket.
"ZIA IS HAPPENING" i heard christina yell as zach slowly slipped the ring on my finger.
"Zia?" Zach question
"Its a ship name she came up with" we laughed
He cupped my face and attached our lips once again.
"I love you" he pulled away.
"And i love you" i told him as he wrapped his arms around me.
