You fell asleep on the couch. You have no idea what Beetlejuice had done the rest of the night. When you fell asleep, BJ was not with you and not when you woke up either. He must have fallen asleep somewhere in your room.
You get on your bike to cycle to school.
When you get there, Ava is waiting for you.
"Hey, our first lesson is French." she says.
French is one of your worst subjects, but you have to.
You walk into the classroom.
"Bonjour!" says your teacher, "I am now going to hand out the papers for the test!"
You look at Ava in a panic.
"A test?!" you say.
"What? Did you not learn for it?!" she says.
The test has begun. You look at the paper and you don't get it.
"Hey, y/n." you hear a voice say next to you.
You look beside you. Beetlejuice is next to you.
"BEETLEJUICE?! Everyone can hear and see you here!" you whisper.
"No, I can now determine for myself whether I am invisible (I know that nothing has been said about this in the musical or film, but I enjoyed putting it in this story). Do you need help?" says BJ as he walks to your teacher's desk.
He calls all the answers to you and how to spell it. That means you can be done quickly. You are going to read a book.
"Will I get a kiss later?" Beetlejuice asks.
You smile.
