Chapter 7

Y/N's POV

That night when Taehyung dropped me off, I went inside my house. I saw my mom making dinner for my family. I went to her and back-hugged her. She got startled but eventually calmed down after knowing it was me.

"Yah you almost gave me a heart attack."

"Sorry mommy~" I tried to be innocent but she grabbed my ear and pull me to the chair of the dining room.

"AHHH MOM~"

"Now be a good girl and sit down" my mom said after she snickered.

I pouted and sat down while laying my head down on the table. I saw Daeun and Jisoo coming down the stairs and they just stared at me weirdly.

"Why is your ear red?" asked Daeun. I forgot that I put my hair up today because usually I put it down.

"Ask mom" I said after whining.

"Mom~" Jisoo said sweetly.

"Ne?" asked my mom after she came out of the kitchen with a spatula. I gulped after getting all the flashbacks from that spatula. My sisters just giggled after seeing me (jung)shook. (ok i'll stop)

"Aish stop it Seo-yun" said my dad after he came back from work.

"I am just playing baby" said my mom. I gagged after hearing her say baby to my dad. Daeun just scrunch up her face and left to her room. Jisoo was busy texting her boyfriend BamBam telling him to pick her up for dinner at his place with his parents.

My parents pecked each other lips and hugged. "AWW~" I said feeling lonely. My mom just blushed and went back to the kitchen while my dad just laughed putting his briefcase on the table.

He came over to me and kissed my forehead, "Hey honey how are you?" asked my dad.

"I'm good~ how was work?"

"It was good, I have a new partner named Jeon Eunwoo from Busan and he lives next door!"

"Oh okay so are we going to invite them to dinner next week like we always do with our other old neighbors?"

"Yeah we are going to meet his family, he has a wife and 2 sons."  said my dad before my mom came out of the kitchen with dinner and placed it on the table.

"Are you guys talking about Eunwoo that you mentioned over the phone?" asked my mom.

"Yeah honey you remember him? Our old high school friend."

"Oh my god, that Eunwoo!? I wonder how Areum is, you know they had up and down in their relationship." my mom rolled her eyes jokingly.

My dad just smiled and said "They are happily married and have 2 sons. I believe one of their names is Jeon Junghyun but I don't remember the other one."

Wow that name remind me of Jungkook though. Ah whatever I am just going to eat dinner right now. I called Daeun to come down and eat dinner. Jisoo left already because BamBam came to pick her up. I finished and decided to go upstairs.

I reached my bedroom and picked out shorts and a crop top as a pajama because today is hot as hell. I went to the bathroom to take a shower and change in there.
